Do not recommend this doctor, you will be held up for a stupid amount of time over arbitrary nonsense.Stay far away.

I would like to thank my Doctor, Ian Feltham. I have been a patient of his for over a decade, and have only experienced nothing but the best of care and consideration from him and his staff. He takes the time to listen to you and makes sure that you understand and feel good about your appointment with him.---Thankyou Dr. Feltham !

Dr. Weatherall is very professional and I'd highly recommend. Making appointments on the phone can be difficult but you can send emails to set those up now.

I have been with Dr. Weatherall for a while and have had nothing but good experiences with the whole staff. Kim works miracles to get you in when needed and is very compassionate on the phone e when dealing g with proble.s. would recommend 100% !

Dr Weatherall is one of the worst dr i have had top deal with. receptionist are rude and have a bad attitude. have had missed scheduled apts and cancel without notice.

Dr. Weatherall is thorough and thoughtful in his assessments and treatment suggestions. Nurse Debbie is friendly and efficient. Kim in reception is always welcoming and quick to answer questions. They all work together as a team, and I highly recommend them if you're looking for a doctor and get a chance to be their patient.

Been with them for a decade. Doctor seems nice and all but it's never fun to call. Not sure if Kim the receptionist is going to be polite or ignorant. Usually the latter.. Her and Dr. Weatherall refuse to meet a 12 year old little girl who might suffer from ADHD after the communist lockdown that has put many children into a depression.Want to put her on a 18 to 24 month wait list and not even meet with her to speak how to cope . Yet still take in the older lady with a cough. Luckily childrens Mental health and walk in clinics care more about children than these 2 do and will meet with her. On top of that.. they don't call you with results of tests. No call is good news". Which leaves you wondering and concerned instead of simply making a brief 1 minute simple call. In conclusion.. unless you're old.. forget about having a good experience with them as you're not priority."

I have been going to Dr. Weatherall since the office opened. Dr. Weatherall is very competent and kind. The office runs super smoothly ,everyone there is efficient and very friendly. Best doctor I have ever had had.

Dr. McPhail is my Doctor, and she and her staff are very nice and professional. They've always taken very good care of me.

Dr Ian Feltham was the best family doctor ever and Kim as well.
