I purchased some iPad accessories at E-Xcessories, and the overall experience, customer service and product quality are entirely disastrous. The iPad case (38CAD) they sold prohibited the iPad from charging, let alone the ApplePen, The male salesperson insisted that there is no problem even when the pen is showing as not charging and questioned my concern as non-sense" because he never received any complaint from other customers (Well you got one now). Considering the poor product quality

Bought an iPad case and it doesn’t even fit properly, my iPad was literally hanging out from the case. So I ended up bringing back and the guy sales argues that it fits just fine and said we shouldn’t be picky about it. He said they have the “highest quality” case that we can’t find anywhere else. But still unwillingly let us do exchange so I end up buying some cables but I brought home and they don’t even work. Poor quality, premium price and poor customer service, definitely do not recommend this shop.

Came here to replace a phone screen, he said $160 and i later came back before he started working on the phone, and asked if he was able to do $100 for me, he agreed, and when i came back the time that my phone was fixed he told me $160??? i ended up paying because i need to fix it but how are you going to tell me your able to do $100 but when i come back and say $160? I paid 179.20$ total because i paid with card. Never coming back, will find a way so this place go out of business for scamming. Chinese owned so i will use my power of social media to shut this place DOWN. UPSET CUSTOMER.

Poor quality accessories especially Screen protection.The person who worked there recommend me an expensive screen protector that would last a long time" after he put the protection I noticed air bubble so I went there and he just rubbed the bubble out again I saw the bubbles came back. This kept on going on for 10 times. I just ripped the protector off. Waste of money and time."
