This location has typical Superstore prices and products but always seems understaffed. Dairy and meat sections are often missing several items and across the store many shelves have no prices.Cashiers are plentiful though and very good.

Horrible shopping experience. Price gouging consumers while blaming inflation. Produce quality is the worst it's ever been yet prices are sky high. Deli never open and the manager doesn't care. North entrance still closed using COVID as an excuse forces you to drag your little kids across the parking lot to the south entrance. I expect a lot better given how much more we're paying for everything but service is at an all time low. Support a local store like Butcher Boys for better service.

Are Canadians kind? It's absolutely not like that. The superstore vernon cashier was very unfriendly today. The cashier threw my groceries on the belt, and it didn't move in front of me. She spoke curtly, too.But I greeted the Canadian behind me kindly. I feel racism because I am Asian.I was so angry that I wanted to give her advice, but I put up with it. I will never go to the superstore again because of the rude cashier.

I honestly hate shopping here because it's always so bloody busy. The poor staff is always flooded with customers, I respect their patience for some of the Karen's they get. If you want to avoid this go in the evenings during weekdays, normally only mom's and peeps getting off work shop then. DO NOT SHOP ON WEEKENDS if you wish to avoid people.

Tried the delivery option for my grocery order.. only to be charged the full amount and have no grocery's show up.No communication at all from SuperStore staff, they told me 2 times that the grocery's would be delivered at a certain time and nothing.. Then ended up having to pick them up the next day anyways, still to be charged the delivery fee and had to wait for half an hour for them to come out. Terrible experience and the staff was no help. Save the hassle and go elsewhere.

So 2 different products. ones a breakfast burrito on sale for 3.49. the other is a lean cuisine on sale for same price 3.49 limit of 4 each. that's what each display is showing. there is nothing saying they are both made from the same company and that you can only have a limit of 4 total from both products.now, normally, I wouldn't care. It's probably a $1 difference for you to argue about this so you won't waste your time. but when you think about it, how many times per day per month is this happening, and people are just meh its a $1 when they notice. now say on regular 1000 people shop there per day 50 people get over charged and don't notice the two products are the same company. now superstore has just made $50 for free because they are unlabeled properly. watch what your buying people because on top of the price guaging there literally stealing your money a bit at time because most people won't waste there time for a $1, adds up over the day over the month on what there saving.despicable

Crowded, few Canadian products and the prices were not any better than other grocery outlets. Cashier was most efficient and friendly.We will.not be back.

Good for bulk buys and fruit and veg. Be careful with meat and dairy as very often beyond best before dates or approaching use by date.
