The Peggy hill team was awesome in getting our home sold in just 17 days in a tough market and we were able to buy an ideal new place in no time. The most important part of this review should be about Brandon who was truly amazing in the entire process. He always went above and beyond in making sure all of our questions were answered. No only that, he made sure he got the correct info in a very prompt manner. Brandon sure does know his houses well and also the market trends. My wife and I can’t say enough good things about Brandon and trust me, if you go with the Peggy Hill team which I highly recommend, make sure to ask for Brandon whole I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend! Rates were rising, the market was slowing down considerably, the inventory was tightening and we were extremely picky on what type of home we wanted. Peggy and here team understood our situation and matched us with an agent she trusted ( Jeff Hoyles ) who was very detail oriented, never pressured us at any point and would always go the extra mile to show us listings, get tons of hidden data on every listing, and was even knocking on doors of areas we liked to see if there were any interest to sell. We ended up closing on a house recently and my agent was able to get us 200k off asking. Definitely going to use Jeff in our next sale/purchase. Peggy personally checked in on us and was such a sweat heart. Couldn't recommend them enough.
