All Tim Hortons are basically the same this one is no different! In a place were cell service is spotty at best not having the wifi up and running was incredibly disappointing but having staff that don't know who or how to fix it is ridiculous!!! What is with the management? Good coffee, good donuts, staff who's second language is supposed to be English not good!!

Tom Hortons has the best customer service. I love the coffee and tea. Always made they way you want it. Very fast in serving too

Highway sign approaching the city says Tim Hortons drive thru open 24 hours. That is not the case.

Had a breakfast combo. The spicy habanero cheddar bagel with cheese thing was pretty good. Try it out. The tea was just how I ordered it, and they've got honey back in stock. That was a good way to start the day for a busy weekend. Thanks

Went to Tim Horton's this afternoon in The Pas Mb. Ordered a Mocha it came without whip cream and chocolate drizzle. Total $1.70 gave the drive thru $5.00 she gave me back $2.30. When i called them to let them know what had happened they said nothing about the extra $1.00 that they kept but said that i should have been told about the changes to the mocha. We now have to say if we want whip topping and chocolate drizzle. I have been ordering mocha's for quite some time and always paid a little less then $3.00 and it came with the works. I am sure going to miss my TImmies :("

Absolutely disgusting and a total lack of sanitary care. Just walked out of there after noticing flies on the Boston cream donuts, I told both workers there and they just yeah" and continued working. I then repeated that there were flies on their food product and we're they really going to do nothing to which they ignored me. Do not under any circumstances go there because with this attitude it's safe to assume they don't even wash their hands after going to the washroom."

I do not care for the evening staff, that's where management puts the ignorant rookies. It doesn't matter if you go to drive-thru, their service speed is dreadfully slow.Love their coffee and meals though just not the evening crew.

Service is quick and usually good. Coffee is always fresh. Long lineups at the drive thru and also inside. Busy place. Located on the northeast corner of oteneka mall, in Opaskwayak Cree Nation. Treaty cards are accepted for tax free purchases. Drive thru is open 24 hrs. Large variety of selections and breakfast is served all day.
