DYMON Storage

I was a tenant with Dymon for two years, and a VIP member: a program whereby you give them $50 and upon move out they give you $100.When I moved out, i had paid a full month ahead and they were supposed to refund me $44.The clerk refunded an expired card so i never received my $144 refund.They said they would fix it, mail me a cheque and get back to me.None of this happened and i still have not received my refund several months later.

I have been a customer for several months now and I absolutely love the experience at the Greenbank location. The facility is very clean and the staff is awesome. I use the board room periodically and its the best place to have official meetings, presentations and conference calls. The coffee and tea facility makes it easy to entertain guests.They have received a few packages for me(big and small) and also held them for pick up the experience has been great. I would recommend this location to anyone looking at upscale storage or warehousing facility.

Have been to this location for business and personal needs and they've excelled every time I needed them. Delivery of even a tiny order (a bundle of boxes or two) has always been quick and courteous.When we moved last year, we bought our packing supplies from them and the service we deceived from Mike McMullen was fantastic. He made sure we had the right size and grade of boxes for our needs.I will definitely be back for our next move and for my business's mail room supplies.

We had to secure a storage space in very short order and the staff at the Greenbank location were outstanding, especially Will and Benjamin. The facilities are very clean, and they offer a variety of attractive storage items for sale in the store from baskets to boxes. Benjamin went truly above and beyond the call of duty and helped me put together not one but four boxes to hang clothes in. The store's offer of free coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water was greatly appreciated. Great team! Thanks!

Dymon recently moved my Mom's apartment contents from Toronto to Ottawa. All of the staff were great to work with and everything went smoothly without any stress from start to finish. We could not have had a better service. Special thanks to Danielle for coordinating (and always being available by email and phone to answer questions, the movers (Bruce, Jonathan and Tyler S were awesome), the staff at Hunt Club and Greenbank store location, and all of the other folks that were helping behind the scenes to ensure everything went as planned. We currently store our items for our non-profit, the Ottawa Paw Pantry, at this location. The staff from the early stages of onboarding and contract signing to the day-to-day staff are absolutely fantastic and will work with you to ensure you are getting the best solution for you or your organization.A few stars that stand out are Tanis Luckman (during the onboarding stage) and Mike McMullen. Both are/were fantastic contacts who will go above and beyond to help you out.From a charitable side, we have partnered a few times on some initiatives like our holiday pet food drive, and Dymon has been very helpful.

The indoor parking, large doors and general facilities Dymon provides are great, but since we started renting this unit, we've had numerous issues.-We hired Dymon to move our entire home as well as lease the locker. They moved us into the wrong unit and there wasn't enough space to move additional items so we had to get them to move us again. The first moving crew broke a mirror-The second crew was much worst. They couldn't figure out how to fit the items into a larger storage space. They proceeded to try to stack wood furniture and try to use our closing in between (dress shirts) I caught one of the movers doing this and told him this is unacceptable.-There head office called and emailed me numerous times to set up automatic monthly payments even though I had already done this directly in store.-They overlocked our lock twice. Once for a payment issue on their end and once for a payment issue on my end, but in both cases they clearly forgot to take the overlock off b/c it was still on 2 weeks after the payment issue was resolved.Moral of the story. DO NOT HIRE THEM TO MOVE YOU. We were stock with them on the locker to locker move, but I would never trust them again to move me.They have sloppy back office and in-store systems. Other than the building, the customer experience is about as bad as it gets.

Contacted them through email, online, instagram and no response. Called them and the person who answered told me I could go to their kanata location and speak to someone without an appointment. When I got there, I walked into a huge fully stocked beautiful retail space (no one to help and no customers) but the kitchen corner was at the end of the retail store. I expected an actual kitchen design centre. Finally, someone came out of the back room and told me that there’s no one to help me with kitchens and I had to fill out a form to be contacted (same one as online). And he said that this form will go directly into the hands of the general manager of something or other and will be contacted in a couple of days. Lol. Still waiting! In the meantime I’ve met with 3 kitchen designers at other companies and have my 3 quotes. Won’t be waiting for Dymon. Plus they only have a couple of door fronts in thermofoil to choose from. One of the kitchen floor models is already peeling in a few areas. Lots of pr and advertising ( Dymon is good at self promotion) but no one to provide service which makes you wonder about aftercare. Maybe put less into advertising and more into Human Resources. Smoke and mirrors. Maybe stick to storage. I did walk away with a very thick, coffee table style and surely expensive kitchen catalogue with glossy photos. Too bad. If run properly from a customer service perspective, maybe this could have been a viable option. But maybe they don’t care as they have so many other facets of their company to that specialization gets diluted.

Greenbank Dymon was a great storage facility for us. It was always very clean, staff were always helpful and friendly. The facility is well organized and secure. We had our stuff stored for 1.5 years and no issues with accessing it and knowing it was secure and warm and safe.

Best experience I’ve had in a very long time with regards to customer service. The staff at this location continuously displayed insurmountable levels of professionalism and customer care from day one to the day I hired them to move stored items just outside city limits. Amazing movers, amazing in-store associates and phone agents. Going through a stressful time? Call Dymon they’ll definitely ease some of the burden. You will not be disappointed.
