This is the worst alarm company ever !! The alarm is malfunctioning since 2014. We called and tried to have a technician from the company to fix the problem or at least inspect since then. Talked to different representatives of the company. All we got is asking us to pay the bill, never offer help to resolve the problem. On Dec.2015, someone call and blackmailing us that if we don't pay, they will call the police. No customer support and very bad attitude. Avoid !!!Ceci est la pire société Alarmes jamais !! L'alarme est défectueux depuis 2014. Nous avons appelé et a essayé d'avoir un technicien de la société pour résoudre le problème depuis. Communiquer à différents représentants de la société . Tout ce que nous avons nous demande de payer la facture . En dec.2015 , quelqu'un nous a appelé et de nous chanter que si nous ne payons pas , ils vont appeler la police . Pas de soutien à la clientèle et très mauvaise attitude . À éviter !!!

I want to clarify these reviews stating that TPK is fake" because I can confirm that I'm a satisfied customer for over 15 years and the owner and technical team have done an excellent job with all my family and friends I reffered and I always got a rapid call back when I have a question. The central service station linked to the alarm system is very reputable and an excellent value for $145 per year. I never write reviews but I didn't feel it's not fair to make unfounded claims on any company so I just wanted to conclude with the fact that TPK alarm is very very REAl ! :) Over 15 years of great service with me... Keep up the great work!"

The owner of this company is not responsible and not professional try to use COVID-19 pandemic as an excuse to not send a technician in my place to repair my alarm system !!!!Everyone beware this company is not a real company it’s a fraud they will charge you money and won’t give you any service afterwords they won’t link you to the central alarmThe owner is a Vietnamese guy and he came from vietnam a dishonest business man this is not vietnam this is canada WE ARE HONEST CANADIAN HERE !!!!TPK ALARM YOU WILL BE PURSUE BY JUSTICE !!!
