Stopped by for lunch, everything was fine until a member of our party needed the bathroom. Issues with the toilet in the men's room being ignored more than once plus our check not being brought out after we asked several times (it took at least 20 mins to get the check), have caused us to not want to come back to this location. Very disappointed in the service overall, especially the ladies who were standing around taking. Our server seemed to be doing most of the work outside of the kitchen.Food was great but there's other locations and restaurants that will get out attention next time

ordered chicken wings, wasn’t impressed. im probably being a little to generous with my 3star rating. the hot/honey sauce was extremely abstemious. The only flavour i tasted was the seed oil the wings were fried in.

When visiting a food establishment you expect high standards of hygiene, both from the staff and environment in general. I came with my family for dinner and had an issue with how sticky and disgusting the tables are. The supervisor came out to explain why the tables stick and she did not have any good hygiene either, including the waiter. The state of the dining room and odour from the supervisor and waiter made me lose my appetite. I will not be visiting this location again due to the lack of cleanliness from both the dining room and staffs hygiene.

We regularly come to this location on Hwy 7/27 and always enjoy the friendly and relaxed atmosphere. More than once we have been served by Victoria and we really appreciate her friendly, kindness and positive attitude. Our meals are always well served and we enjoy the good taste.Highly recommend.

This place has gone downhill. We get takeout from here all the time, but last couple of times, absolutely horrible experience. Furthermore, upon filling out the receipt survey and requesting to be contacted back, they never did. So 1-star is far too generous.

Abi is the best waitress! Service was great. My husband thought it was the best service at a Swiss Chalet. She brought us the lemon water and it was much appreciated! Love this location!

Usually everything is fine with my order but this time my baked potato toppings came inside the food box causing it to heat up and spill all over the chicken, as shown in the picture, not really the topping I asked for, slightly disappointed in these very basic mistakes being made. Also the salad container was crushed by 3 pops, and a couple juice boxes and apple sauces.
