Prices are insane and I caught them upping prices on iron sets after they already purchased them from the customer, for much much less , was interested in a set they were 399.99 came in 2 weeks later to buy and they were around 1599.99 same set...

Good store with a variety of available sports equipment both new and used. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GET YOUR SKATES SHARPENED HERE. MY blades were burnt, no edge, and not smooth. Staff should either be trained how to sharpen them, or tell customers they don't know how to do it. I don't think they even know they don't know. I was close to needing replacement blades after this.

The manager of this store is great! She was extremely helpful, the day I went in was her day off. At my request, due to the nature of the transaction, the sales associate had to call her to make sure I could complete my transaction. There was no answer, but she called within the half hour and I was able to complete my transaction. I thought that was great!! The sales associate could use a customer service course but overall my experience was a good one.

Brought two pair of brand new skates to resell. The manager said they are only allowed to resell for half the original price." Found a second hand pair of Bauer skates they were selling for $89.99 they sell at Canadian Tire for $100. The salesmen seemed dishonest and the math they offered for my items didn't add up.My skates both retail for approximately $60 each. I provided proof of this. He wanted to give me $35 total for a total value of $120. (two pair of brand new skates) I should have been given an offer of at least $50-60.I was even interested in buying a bike and putting the credit towards that but the math doesn't add up. They resell skates for almost the full retail price depending on condition. They should offer at least 50% of what they intend to sell the items for if in like new condition. OR they should adjust their pricing to be far lower than retail value. Their pricing for sales should be written on something more official than a scrap piece of paper.They lost out on my potential sale (the $150 bike)

Wanted to walk out as soon as I walked in. The store looked like it was struck by a hurricane. Dirty floor junk everywhere didn't see prices on anything. Mismatched skates everywhere. Looks like this store has just given up.

Great place to buy sports equipment for kids, but the apathetic high school bros working behind the counter had no interest or motivation for customer service.

The clerk went above and beyond to help outfit my grandson with his hockey equipment. He was one happy boy

I went in and was immediately given attitude by the women working. Offered me a low ball for brand new skates and was rude the whole time. After reading some reviews I guess I'm not the first to experience the lady's customer service". Last time I will give them business."

95% of their products are brand new!Very little used items and they consider themselves a second hand store!You’re better off going to Sport Chek, Walmart or Canadian Tire.

I am new to the Kingston area and I came across the Play It Again Sports looking for soccer cleats. The service I experienced at this location was superb . Working in a customer service oriented field, I have high expectations of the service I receive. The staff at PIAS were incredible. The lady was extremely helpful, friendly and engaging. I felt right at home in their store. It was refreshing to feel wanted and appreciated by someone in the retail business. I will be recommending this store to all of my friends and family! Keep you the awesome work!
