Took almost a month to change motor on van. Reason why took so long. Working on it when they had the time. fast easy money jobs comes first. the jobs that take longer they push your vehicle out back and bring it when they have the time. Joke. 20 hour Job turned into almost a whole month. Also had to bring the thing back 4 times after the motor replacement. Excuse. Never installed new spark plugs and other things m try to say McGregor auto parts sold them bad motor .

We've been going to Bud for almost 10 years for all of our mechanical needs. Friendly service with no upselling. Honest opinion of what needs to be done right away, and what can be done at a later time.

Brought my Mercedes in for a oil change and they rushed it out and damaged the seal on my oil filter causing my wife to loose all her oil when she left in the parking lot if they can’t do a simple oil change I can’t trust them to repair my car 1 star for you bud you where my guy but not anymore

I called at 8am as soon as they opened and was answered right away . (Called two other local shops at open and no answer ) my bearing and strut went the night before as I was doing deliveries.right away he told me to bring my car in and had it done before the day was out. I have brought my car in since for other repairs and I am beyond thrilled with the service. The front desk girl is on point and they are very honest people. Very happy to have found a new mechanic as I am new to the area and was nervous! These are your people!

My wife’s car, had some weird grinding noises. The car shop diagnosed it, what we thought was a just a bearing was multiple cascading challenges.They and worked with me they found some other items that while disappointing, they had challenges getting parts that delayed the repair by a few days they were above board with integrity and worked very hard. Their equipment supplier shipped them the wrong parts multiple times. I feel like the probably just broke even on this repair. Yet it’s the consistency and honesty that keeps me coming back. In 2023 with all kinds of supply chain challenges they had the car back to tip top operating condition in less than a week.

First time Customer of Bud and his crew and I was not disappointed at all!! Unexpected breakdown Tuesday past in the early evening. Based on a co-workers recommendation I called, Bud had me bring my car in to take a look, I was given Honest detail of my situation and what he was going to do to have me back on the road in less than 24 hours. Bud was honest, sincere and true to his word!! I will be returning for that level of service, that honest approach and level of customer service that lacks in most places anymore. Bud and his Staff are very qualified to do what they do ! Not only are they licenced Techs but they specialize in most Services. I needed my Rad replaced instead of a quick repair and they explained and showed me why. Quick, effective, and price was lower than what I was anticipating having to pay. All staff were courteous, welcoming, and communication was great. Had my vehicle in and out the same day.
