I went there the other day and the Receptionist Nathalie Paulin was very rude. I went in, said Hello I have an app at 1." and  she looked at me and said "This is a private clinic and you have to pay." as if I didn't know and couldn't afford this service. I was appalled and disgusted. No one has ever spoke to me in this manner. The service I received from the physio therapist was excellent. The reception's attitude was the only put off. I would still recommend this Physio."

I recently had the opportunity to use the services at Physio Multiservices in Chateauguay and was treated very professionally. The receptionist was very helpful. She greeted me right away and answered all my questions. She even went out of her way to make photo copies for me.
