No grill, No olives, No good customer care service and No interaction. Worst experience ever specially two punjabi girls name (sandy and akanksha) who work there , they have got training to serve with attitude.

Literally nothing in footlong, had to ask to put more three times, sandwich maker literally counted piece of onion and lettuce. So dead to see this 12$ sandwich. Last time I am buying from this store.

Came here for a grilled chicken sub, heated the grilled chicken as I always have and for some reason it came out extremely dry at this location. I showed it to the female working there and she tried to argue it off, then inspected it and offered another piece of chicken. She told me she would tell her manager about it but a week after I came in I had asked and she apparently forgot about the situation. My third visit I decided to get a salad, they hardly wanted to put any lettuce, when I asked for extra she angrily said she’d add more at the end and never did. I for some reason get disrespected at this location despite being nothing but nice and calm. Very strange.

So I ordered a chicken teriyaki rice bowl and even before I could say something the team member said that she would not be adding olives, pickled cucumbers and banana peppers to my bowl. I just mentioned that I’ve always had it (almost 10-15 times) with the olives and other toppings and she immediately said that I might have had it at some other location but the Conestoga Subway doesn’t add these toppings specifically to the rice bowl. I am completely ok with these toppings not being added but there’s always a way to treat the customers who are spending their money to have a good experience. It’s sad subway has resorted to such means which has only degraded their name further.

Worst customer service and worst employees ever, I went to this location at 5.47pm to order and the girl over there said we are closed.. like seriously?? You close at 6pm snd still have plenty of time left to make a little sub. I always had bad experiences with you guys, you never made my order like you actually wanna work, always seems disinterested to everyone comes to you. Never going back to this location. I would have given zero star if there was an option. I have a humble request to the owner to please change your workers.

One girl behave very rudely and denied to grilled breads and did not pack sub separately.My first ever worst experience with this subway.
