East Coast Varsity Arena
Such a great program. Caring staff and child focused learning. Their afterschool program is perfect for the sports loving child with lots of energy. Kids are exposed to a variety of sports and have time for homework and play. They also have a French program for afterschool so our daughter takes the bus directly from her school. This program has changed our daughter. She needed something that could keep her mind and body going and we finally found it. Plus she sleeps like a log at night!! Highly recommended program.

Overall the facility is good. The turf doesn't have a washroom located in the building though. And the field has more bumps in it than an artificial turf should, but it does the job.

I play turf soccer here every Monday evening through HSSC (Halifax Sport and Social Club). Great facility, lots of fun!

I'm happy to have an indoor turf for soccer, although be warned, this place is only about 1C warmer than the air outside. Dress in layers!

There are no washrooms so I guess my teammates are just going to keep peeing outside before every game. Whoever built the field forgot their leveler at home and probably said you know what, even fields are overrated, who needs em. The fields aren't full size and they only have space for soft portable nets that fall over constantly. In all seriousness they had SNSTC, Newbridge Academy, East Hants Sportsplex, etc to use as references for building a successful indoor soccer field and they clearly didn't bother.

Not much seating. No on site services (canteen), deemed the coldest risk in HRM (review from 3 other sources, prior to me going)

It's a great rink but VERY cold for any fans. The dressing rooms are heated but not the rink. Make sure to dress accordingly.

To small to play a regulation game of soccer in dome, only 2 bathrooms in area bldg, no benches for spectators very cold. Not set up for league games, Great for just school games
