Horrible Customer service. No response to any emails I've sent, or even the voicemail I left. I tried two different email addresses and neither were responded to. The voicemail I left included a phone number to reach me at, but no one returned my call. Not worth the yearly membership fee as it gives you no benefit in terms of response.

They have discriminatory practices towards non status indigenous peoples. My mother and business partner is a 60s scoop survivor who has status that needs to be amended so I can get my status. This is a long and painful process that could take years. To be discriminated against because of what colonial practices did to your family is just hurtful. Can’t believe an Indigenous non profit organization would treat people from their own community like this.

It's unfortunate that this organization really doesn't do much to help small Indigenous businesses despite claiming to do so. They are more concerned with their bigger corporate partners because that's who pays the bills.
