Great service and they found what I need. I do not go often but have been several times to either look for things or pickup something that I needed. The first time was when I needed super glue and I quickly found what I need. Most recently, I was looking for a fuse for the microwave and I did not know the voltage. The staff was able to find the exact one based on the one that I brought it. It was quick and painless.

Great service, we got the right item on the first try. We got greeted by a charming gentleman who seemed to be the manager. Fully dedicated to hearing about our needs and finding the right solution. They even recommended other stores for items they do not sell. They went out of their way to try and find a solution still and I felt welcomed valued and now grateful. Fully recommend 100%!

This is by far our go to store even though we have a Canadian tire near by. I am trying to become more of a handyman for at home projects and fixes. Everytime we walk through the door, the staff greets us with friendly faces. They are all extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain how to use whatever it is we need. Wish I could give this place 10 stars. A huge THANK YOU to the associate who helped me March 15th around 6:50 pm on finding the right lubricant for my jammed door lock. Saved me from damaging the lock even further by using the wrong lubricant. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and honest, and genuinely helpful. Highly highly recommended!

I brought my own key blank, asked the staff if they can make a cut, they took on the job, and ruined the key while cutting it. The following day I spoke with the store owner and was told there was nothing he can offer to make the situation right. I articulated that the key blank was fairly unique and am happy to work together for him to cover the cost and make the situation right. This offer was turned away. Simply put, not only was the job not done, but I have now incurred additional cost due to the store's inability to complete committed work. I recommend you take your needs elsewhere where payment comes with a commitment behind the work.
