I have dealt with other mobility places, as well as Duramed, and Duramed is top quality service! They are super helpful, and I can’t sing Ernie’s praise enough! I have had rental equipment from them, and then I was gifted some. When they came to get the rental stuff, they also set up my free stuff, and there was some broken parts that I was able to purchase and he replaced the parts for me as part of that same service call. I am so happy with all the interaction I have had with them. I know of other places that have offered rewards for good reviews, I want to make it clear, that is not the case here. This is an honest, unprompted review based on each interaction I have had with them.

I have been a customer of Dura med since it’s opening in 1999 when James McPherson opened it. Love the company very knowledgeable and quick to fix problems. Mary is a gem and gets the job done everytime fast and right I wish I could give more than 5 stars. James would be proud.

Over the past year, Dura Med has made sourcing and selecting assistive devices for a hip replacement surgery a positive experience! (really!) Dura Med has a great range of products - and the staff are knowledgeable about them. Their focus is to find the best product to meet customer needs - and to make sure that the customer understands the product features & operation. Sarah, Lynn and Laura - you are one amazing team. We have dealt with Dura Med for 5 years. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and go beyond for their clients. Once again, last minute, hospital discharge and needed a commode urgently. Four thirty and it the wrong one! No problem he said, my friend will pick it up and it will be here in 20 minutes. Sure enough it was. I've been dealing with Duramed for My Mobility Products since about 2014 and have had nothing but Amazing Experiences with All of the Staff that I have encountered when getting things like a fully custom manual wheel chair, as well as my low pressure air mattress. They are very reliable, experienced, fast and make sure to get the job done quickly and efficiently, I wish I could rate them more than 5 stars, as I HIGHLY recommend them to Anyone who needs any mobility products regardless how minor they may be. You will not be disappointed with the experience you have with Duramed or any of the Duramed Staff. I gotta give a big shout out to Greg, Gary, Andrew, Ernie and Mary. I worked with all of them to get my products, I'm sure there were others who assisted me on the back end of things but I had direct contact with these employees and they gave me the best experience with receiving and having my products set up and made sure I was comfortable, understood how to fully use it, they showed My Mom and My Fiancee how to use the product as well and made sure that I was 100% satisfied before leaving my home. I will ALWAYS turn to Duramed for any of My Mobility product needs because of how great of an experience I have each time I contact them. Thank you Duramed.

Went in to buy some support stuff for my mother and was helped by Mary. She was amazing. got more than I expected and the price was good. Will continue to go here for anything we need.

Purchased a lift chair October/22 from Mary the former owner, have dealt with Mary for several years now and have found her knowledge and professionalism to be of the highest standard. The new owner has his work cut out for him to continue the standard that Mary has developed over the years. I called for a hospital bed as my mother was being released . I spoke with Sarah, who was very helpful and knowledgeable.Ethan came to drop off and set the bed up. He was so kind, very pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend Dura Med and it's services.
