OK Tire South Surrey

I went to this shop two weeks ago and I told the manager, Ion, that my rear right break making squeezing noise when driving on HWY. And he said his tech will test drive and check breaks and charged me around $80 inspection fee. Few hours later, he called me back they didn't hear any noise when test drive on city road and recommended about $680 breaks maintenance. Of course I refused, they didn't fixed or found the issue I want to repair and want me to pay something else. When I picked up the car, Ion said I didn't give enough info for the tech. I don't know what info he need, cause I already told him to check the brake noise when on HWY. They tested car on city road instead. My car has almost new rotors and brake pad, only issue was the rear right brake worn abnormal and has squzzing noise.I sent the car to different shop and they found issue and adjusted my break.I lost my trust to this shop, and will not go back forever and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

This place is full of extremely honest and hardworking employees. They will NEVER make you do something or try to upsell you on something unless they think you truly need it. I will absolutely continue to go to them for all vehicle needs and I have to say it is rare to encounter honesty and people who are willing to talk to you on the phone for as long as you need to answer your questions. 10/10.

Took my vehicle in for alignment which was needed few months before winter. Acura has showed me pictures of their alignment that is correct, they have the alignment tool in front of you. Both front rear tires were out, causing to much wear on these winter tires. Dealership is definitely better at certain things…To the response below. Is there a email to email you the picture at. No potholes were hit at all with the vehicle as I drive it with care. And for the alignment to be that severe off I would need to hit a pretty nasty pothole machine can be calibrated weekly if ppl don’t no how to use it calibrate does nothing

I was trying to get back to Seattle when I suddenly got a tear in my front right tire. Went to OK Tire to see if they could help and Amin couldn’t have been nicer. He searched high and low for the proper replacement tires and then even dropped my wife and I off in downtown White Rock (where we hung out until the car was ready) . From there he drove to the main warehouse to grab the tires needed for our car. The service was five star and way above and beyond anything we could have anticipated. Amin and OK Tires were lifesavers and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!!

I unfortunately ran over a nail with my rear driver side tire today. We called the location and they were quick to reassure us that they could squeeze us in, even being less than an hour to closing time on a Friday. Ian did a fantastic job and was friendly, quick and personable. Would highly recommend this location!

It was fantastic! Had a flat tire and thought I might need a new one. There was a line in front of me but was assured it would be dealt with in a timely fashion . To my pleasant surprise they simply repaired a minor puncture and told me my tire was fine. No ripoffs here. True to their word my car was under way in 45 minutes. Now that was great service and I would highly recommend OK Tire on King George (across from Peninsula Village shopping center) .RegardsRod Ramsey

Brought my car in for a tire repair and was very pleased with the service, it was quick and they did a thorough job including letting me know about how long I had left on the life of my current tires. The price was fair. They followed up with a text message the following day to ensure I was happy with my service!Thank you for a great experience!

The folks their are honest and professional.I Took my car in for a job I had in mind would be the solution to my problem, but the they proposed a more permanent solution with a better price even. The shop is well equipped with 4 car lifts, a tire machine, an exhaust machine, a wheel alignment machine and an AC machine. Not to forget the coffee machine ;) and the TV equipped waiting area.I got a free visual inspection and on top of all a Thank you letter from the shop owner.All in all I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be a returning customer.Thank you Amin's Mighty Tune and Brake.
