Daniela and Lilliana are so nice. They both listened to all of my concerns and did a great job explaining why they chose to draw the brow shape the way they did. I’m very happy with the end result! I’ll definitely go back to Lilliana and Daniela again in the future.

I had such a great experience with Daniela at the Benefit Brow Bar. She transformed my brows and was very personable. I’ve always loved my experiences at various Benefit Brow Bars but this was my favourite. I will definitely be rebooking with Daniela.

I booked an appointment with the Benefit Brow Bar at this location 2 days before, but when I showed up, for some reason I was double booked with another customer, and the person that was assigned as my brow technician, keeps on saying that she cannot find my name in the system. I even showed her the confirmation email and screenshot :(As it turns out, all she had to do was to scroll right, and my name was there. So my assigned technician took the other customer who she could find in the system, and told me to wait for her co worker to do my brows.I should have just left then so my brows wouldn’t be so uneven! I didn’t expect my brows to be waxed sooooo thin and uneven! She basically gave me the 90’s thin brow trend. I was expressing my concern to the person who waxed my brows, but she keeps on insisting that it looks even to her! My left brow sits naturally higher than my right. She did not adjust accordingly, and waxed the ends of my right eye brow so thin that it only has a few hairs left to even be called a brow! Now my right eyebrow sits even lower on my face. Furthermore, the distance between my brows and my eyes' inner corners are not in sync. After the session, my right brow is 0.5cm closer to my right eye's inner corners compared to the distance between my left brow and left eye's inner corner. >:(To top it off, right after my wax, my skin was really red and bumpy! And the morning after, which is now, my eyebrows and forehead are filled with acne on the waxed areas! Will not come back for this service, and who knows how long it will take for my brows to grow back after this.

Gretell did the brow wax service for me and it was absolutely an amazing experience. It was my first time for brow waxing and I love the shape and the service so much. Pls find Gretell if you wanna do any brow wax she is definitely the most professional one.

I had Liliana do my browns at Pacific Centre. She was very professional - I really loved how my brows looked like afterwards. She was also such an approachable and kind person! We talked about so many things during the session! I would definitely recommend her to do your brows :)

Depends on the service provider, professionalism lacks or better. My brows were laminated but she missed some spots and I asked to shape it so it’s more straight but did not. She also put their supplies on top of my phone screen lol but my waxing experience in the past was pretty good. Quick on the go

I went in for brow lamination, shaping, and tinting service for the first time (ever!) with Gretell at Pacific Centre. I tend to be weary of getting my make up done by others but Gretell made me feel comfortable and at ease. She is friendly, knowledgable, and clearly loves what she does!!I showed her a picture of the shape I wanted and asked to not have them tinted too dark. She listened and did a wonderful job - I immediately returned to work after the appointment and was flooded with compliments.I would highly recommend the service and specifically booking with Gretell!

An amazing experience with Liliana who not only shaped my brows to look the best they ever have, but also took the time to show me how to properly use the benefit products I already had. I couldn't reccomend her enough - such a lovely person too!
