Used them multiple times with great results. The last time, the sole started cracking after 2 uses. I let them know and they redid it free of charge. Excellent service and communication. Will be shipping another pair soon.

By far the best resole job I have ever seen. Their full rand replacement made my shoes look brand new. Let me be specific with that. Typically cobblers end up just replacing the tip of the rand which make your shoes look like old resoled ones... What these guys did is a complete rand replacement which I have not ever seen another Canadian cobbler do. What a great way to take part in the circular economy. Thank you for resoling my Miura and Solutions.

It was my very first time bringing climbing shoes for resoling and I now feel stupid not doing it earlier! My shoes needed some serious repair and OR did a great job. It is like having a brand new pair without the inconvenient of it (the pain). My shoes feel comfortable and precise. The whole process was seamless and quick. I love how they offer the option of picking up the shoes at various climbing gyms. I recommend OR and will use their service again in the future1

Dropped off my Solutions a few months ago, the shape of the sole they put on completely changes the shape of the shoe and it no longer fits properly. More room in the toe box now means my heel slides forward. Quite expensive, almost 60% of new shoe cost. Will not be back.

Incredible store. I bought some new climbing shoes which I adore.Not gonna lie it took me a good 10 minutes to find the location of this store. I would appreciate some more signs to this location as I was driving and walking for way too long.Small shop inside but awesome customer service.Looking forward to going back.

Great staff always worth checking the let the experts decide as they will only do work that has an actual benefit. They also do amazing with results and have been the reason I've had climbing shoes for 5 years with no issues. Even thou they weren't a fan of my diy repair job lmao:).

Excellent jobs. Have at least done 5. I live in BC where west coast resole would be most convenient, but they do a terrible job. Ontario resole does an amazing job and makes it look like it's one piece when they do the half resole job. Absolutely stellar, I continue to ship my shoes across to Ontario even if it costs more because the quality it's unmatched
