One of the best doctors you can find around works here. Dr Modir is very knowledgeable.I see a few negative reviews here which is surprising. Thumps up to the team.

Really quick and easy booking the appointment online. Booked an appointment at 9:00 am for an 11:30 am phone call. Appointment was on time, took less than two minutes and picked up the prescription 15 minutes later. The doctor and pharmacist were both thorough and I'm very happy with the experience.

Dr. Gangadevi Lokuwattage has been outstanding for me as well. She is amazing Dr. I'm extremely grateful to have her as my family Dr. She really understands her patients, very kind and knowledgeable. I have been calling the receptionist several times in order to reach them out. Overall, I will give a good feedback back.

VERY unprofessional. Booked a telephone appointment several days in advance. They sent me 5 emails confirming my appointment but waited until 2 hours before my appointment time to call and tell me the doctor can't help me. Now I can't get in anywhere else. Avoid this place! They don't care about the patients just the money!!!

I booked an appointment a week in advance because that was the soonest they had just to refill a prescription. When I came in, there were no other patients waiting, and the doctors were socializing, and they didn’t see me until over an hour after my appointment time. When I went up to reception to ask what was going on they basically told me it was my own fault for not checking in the the “right” people because apparently it should be obvious for my first time there that I need to go to a desk off to the side that does not say reception before I will be put in the queue. Staff tried to tell me that because I talked to the pharmacy they assumed I was waiting for them, but no one from pharmacy came to ask me why I was there either so it just feels like negligence.The manager was notified without me having to ask, and she was very apologetic and said they would be putting up a reception sign. She was very nice, but it just didn’t make up for the wait.

Absolutely terrible. Will give it negative stars if I could. Incompetent receptionists, hung up the phone because he didn’t know how to deal with my situation.

I really miss Dr. Matthew Choi, since his death the doctors and staff at this clinic have ruined his reputation. This is HIS clinic that he built, that he poured everything into and the doctors that are here now, could care less about their patients. I didn’t care if I had to wait for doctor choi because I knew I’d get the utmost care and respect, now, not only is they extremely bad at being on time (at least sandy would give updates) they’re not at all helpful or resourceful. The new MOAs are rude and snarky, I loved being laughed at when I asked why I had to make an appointment for a refill on a prescription I’ve had for years. Ya they take up valuable time to refill a prescription rather than accept the fax from a pharmacy and send it back. I was told I would t get my refills without an appointment. How great is that?

Dr. Lokuwattage and her staffs are the best family clinic I have ever experienced in 16 years since we moved into the area. She is very knowledgeable, kind and caring. She asks and answers a lot of questions to find out the problem and trying not to rush even if she is behind of the other sessions, not like all of my previous family doctors. Her staffs are all very kind and call ahead for appointment delay and wait time.

Both of our doctor, Dr. Modir and the pharmacist, Lokesh are very friendly, patient, and very attentive to patients’ needs. Unlike other clinics which are relatively more profit-oriented, Oxford Medical Clinic is more people and relationship focused. The location of the clinic is also good and just 8 min-drive from our home. I and my wife are very delighted to refer our friends and neighbors to visit the clinic in case of need. Well done and keep it up!

I was reluctant to visit this clinic based on negative reviews but I have had a great experience as a patient and am so grateful to have a family doctor so close to home. The receptionists on the phone/in person have always been very kind and the care I have received from Dr. Gangadevi Lokuwattage has been outstanding; I'm so grateful to have found her. The only thing that I could see being a negative for some people is that the wait times can be quite extensive. That said, I can see that this is because each patient receives the Dr.'s undivided attention which I can appreciate. Thank you Oxford Medical Clinic for the excellent service. :)
