Davis Orthodontics in Oshawa was an amazing experience! I was referred by a couple of friends that have kids in braces there. I felt comfortable and confident with no pressure during any point in my appointment. Tera was the BEST! So easy going, explained everything, made my son feel comfortable and she was funny! They are kind and gentle and professional and most of all efficient.Always accomodating to your schedule.The result so far for myself have been enormous and my smile is back to where it should be . Davis Orthodontics have been so warm and welcoming to me and my son. From making the appointment to meeting Tera and having everything explained to my son about his braces to Khristine going over the financial aspect of it has been terrific. My daughter has been well taken care of with regards to her dental needs here. They are always prompt, provide insight on the progress of her teeth and what we need to do each time. Highly recommend them for orthodontist needs.

I have not had a good experience with Davis Orthodontics. I have been coming for 4 1/2 years, and am 17. Although the majority of staff can be kind, some are very unprofessional in the questions they ask, and the comments they make. Over the past 4 years I have consistently been told how young I look and how I don’t look like I am in high school. What teenager wants to hear that? Secondly, I am treated as if I am a child, having to be reminded a dozen times using slow words to what I should be doing. I find several of the staff condescending. Furthermore, they ask very personal questions while I sit and get my teeth fixed. As well, I have had to wait up to an hour and a half for some of my appointments. It can be difficult when tasked with finding a good orthodontist, however I would not recommend this one.

I originally didn’t want to but my wife said I had too…. Just kidding …Tera is awesome. Always makes us feel comfortable and great with our kids, that’s why we came back for the second round with our daughter. Davis is very lucky to have Tera on their team.

I haven’t been here in almost 10 years, but my permanent wire broke so I needed to get it fixed. Laura was an absolute sweet heart, so kind and always made sure I was aware of the work she was doing!

Davis Orthodontics is amazing. The staff there are friendly and always makes my daughter feel welcome and at ease. Andrea is the best. She made putting braces on my daughter a fun experience. I highly recommend Davis Orthodontics for all your orthodontic needs.
