Europeans do it better!!! It's true, these guys are amazing!!! I am really picky with my car and they did an incredible repair work on my 2017 Black Kia Rio... i definitely recommend this shop for any one who wants their vehicle fixed in the best way possible, detailed inside and out! Also, costumer service is exceptional, Dean is fantastic and professional and the young lady at the front desk always nice and helpful, really a beautiful person...they provided me with a very nice new courtesy car and didn't' even make me ask for it.... thank you! keep up the good work

Was referred by my dealership after my car was vandalised. Spoke to Dean on the phone, took my car in wednesday and got it back Monday all cleaned and shine. He dealt with all that paper work with ICBC and courtesy car was provided for me. I was Very satisfied with how fast I got my car back and quality of the work.

I count myself lucky when I say I'm unfamiliar with body shops. That said, the team at A-Z (Carstar network) are knowledgeable with ICBC protocol (I messed up my claim and they caught it).I dropped my car off on a Friday preceding a long weekend and they quoted me a Wednesday pickup. Courtesy car was provided (clean and full tank of gas) and when I picked up my car, it was as clean as it had ever been in five years both inside and out.If I ever have the misfortune of going back to a body shop, I'd definitely use A-Z again.
