Had a confirmed appointment with SG electric. Drove 40 minutes to get to it and now have to drive 40 min back). Electrician never shows up. Says on call “i forgot” and says he will call back. Texts back with “can we meet first thing tomorrow”. Maybe this is what you look for in service, but not me.

I contracted with Neil to upgrade the service to my acreage from 100 amp to 200 amp as well as install new lines to my deck and hot tub. The process was really very refreshing. After having numerous contractors come in and offer to quote, I was certain there wasn't a single one out there that would provide a detailed account of the work to be done and a realistic time frame for completion.Neil not only provided me a detailed quote but also walked me through a variety of ways we could reduce the cost should it become necessary. When I changed my mind half way through the process and wanted to bury the overhead lines Neil was able to accommodate my decision and offer some insight into how it could be done better.When the inspector was done and Fortis had been to inspect the work, there was a minor defect and some lines needed to be trimmed back from the house. I let Neil know and he and Dean were out quickly to make the changes and even took the time to fix one of my fixes".All in all it was a tremendously positive experience
