Nothing but good things to say. I have shopped at Leons, the Brick etc. But this is the best place for your money. Diane is the best, extremely helpful and not pushy at all. They have amazing furniture. Highly recommended

Purchased sofa and loveseat. Quality is poor. Cushions were firm when purchased and just over a year later we sink into the couch. The first 5 months the set was in our living room and rarely used. We began using it when we renovated our basement/family room. Purchase Ashley Furniture only if you don't plan on using it.

My non purchased an arm chair from this location. The product arrived damaged when delivered. After ignoring her to fix the chair for four months, she ended up paying another company to fix the chair. Would suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

The staff are always friendly. Most importantly that even during these difficult times navigating through the pandemic their store policies and staff still have one goal that remains the same and that is to make sure you leave the store happy. I always love my purchases from Ashley Homestore and find that their prices are very reasonable especially with the many sales promotions that they often have. Keep up the great service !

I cannot say enough about Ashley's furniture. I've shopped around a lot for furniture, and by far Ashley's is you best option for quality, affordable furniture in the Sault. Quality is better than leon's furniture at a similar price range. They have a lot of unique pieces and the staff are very friendly and helpful, but never make you feel pressured into buying something. The store is clean and we'll arranged.

Initial purchase at the store was fine but the product was damaged when delivered. 4 months and many promises from Ashley later and the issue was still not fixed. Terrible customer service all around. Ended up paying to have someone come and repair the furniture. Would not recommend doing business with them.

Very good for selling, but terrible to help with the furniture warranty...I'm still waiting to get someone to fix my sofa...After they sell, nobody there cares about costumer service, or if you have issues with the furniture you just bought there...very sad.

Save your money! Save yourself the stress! This store is useless. The staff are horrible to deal with and they never follow up with you. I have personally been waiting 2 months for a reply for a warranty issue on my sofa! A sofa that is 4 years old and broke where it shouldn’t have broke.Poor quality garbage made furniture from a store that has staff who only care about commission. GO TO LEONS!
