order a package on 24 expected on 26 considering the travel from Mississauga to Brampton now I have to wait until 30 I mean its not a package from Quebec.

Really helpful staff. Answers questions I don't even know to ask, very efficient. Makes it easy every time. Almost zero line up, probably because the staff person is so efficient, haha. Never felt frustrated here like I did at other locations.

Very irresponsible behavior. lost my package. I order an important prescription medicine, to be delivered same day. Since i am at work, i chose the PO box, so i collect it at my own convenience. When i saw that the package was delivered, with photo evidence. I went to collect it. I did not expect this kind of reponse.They said , the package was received not through canada post, and some other postal. So, they collected it and then returned it to Canada post , and hour later. I came 2 hrs after. When i asked them the status , the guy not only was rude, and unhelpful, but he said he cannot take responsibility for my package, so he returned it to Canada post vehicle. he said canada post might send it back to my home. few days are passed, and i have no clue of where my pakcage is ; also i cannot followup with Canada post, as the tracking is not from Canada Post""

The Canada Post worker was pleasant and fast. There was no line when I went (Monday @ 2 pm), and I was in and out within minutes. I definitely recommend going to this location.

The staff are knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and personable. Having had unpleasant experiences at the other outlet (shoppers - Hurontario&Eglinton), I had switched over to this outlet and it’s worth it! It’s worth driving extra few minutes to get greeted and thanked in a friendly manner, and to receive a great customer service and care.

Decided to check out this spot as opposed to my usual location in the nearby shoppers. Wait time was much shorter and service was both friendly and exceptionally fast! Will definitely come here from now on

Went there to return a Rogers package (for which there’s the possibility of bringing a QR Code that will be scanned at the post office). The clerk at the desk was unnecessarily curt and unhelpful, telling me just that “QR code isn’t working”. When I asked if there was somewhere I could then print the return label at, just “no”. No apology, no offer for an alternative, no directions to a nearby office, the guy was just waiting for me to leave. Have some manners.
