Worst experience ever, physiotherapist had no knowledge at all of what to do, i had to explain to her what each stretch was and i had surgery on my ankle and she did not once even touch my foot or ankle during the whole appointment, she was more into strengthening my abs and giving me ideas about how to minimize my scar. Everything i went over with her and asked her about she said i dont know and was not part of her job. After leaving this review i got a call from management saying they wanted to resolve this situation by giving me my money back and a free session, after i declined that offer all he was worried about was his 1 star review, tried to make it sound like he cared about my situation but its just a review they are after and asking me to give them a better rating because he called and heard my side of the story. stay clear of this place , they just want a good google review even when they cant provide you with proper care.

Shabnam at the 96th Ave location has solved my back problem! She is very professional and knowledgeable. So far I've been very happy with my experience.

I have been seeking treatment at Pure-Life for quite some time now, and my experience has been nothing but pleasant and positive. My complex needs are professionally addressed by their expert team of physiotherapists. My pt in particular is amazing, Sheila has been specifically treating me and she is amazing when it comes to relieving any flare ups, pain and other symptoms/issues I may be having. To add, she genuinely seems to care about me as an individual and makes the effort to get to know you. Her welcoming nature is just another plus to the great treatment she offers! Highly recommend going to her at this location.

The treatment they provide is personalized and tailored to my specific needs, which has made a huge difference in managing my pain.

Been going here for years! Love the staff, very friendly. It's nice to go to healthcare professionals who are this friendly in an area where healthcare is not very accessible anymore. Very refreshing and treatments worked for me!

It was my first time experience today at Pure Life Physiotherapy & Health Centre 1 96 Ave location. I was really looking forward to my session and honestly came out very happy with my decision that I took. I have chronic low back pain and my therapist Sweety took really good care of it. Even after my session today, I can feel some tension release. She really took time to ask me questions related to my condition: didn’t feel for a second that it was a rushed session and she was open to questions throughout the session which is great.I am hoping that going here for my future sessions will really make a positive difference to my condition.Overall today’s visit was totally worth it and my therapist Sweety is great. Thanks a lot!

Very positive experience. I have been a regular visitor to here for herniated disc-related issues. Pranjoli was helping me in the recovery process under the supervision of Justin. I am very happy with the experience and looking forward to doing more sessions.

I went for my ankle as it was hurting alot and use to pain after standing for hours. After visiting Pure life Nathan who helped by giving me right treatment and proper exercise for my ankle. I feel much better now.
