Customer service is awsome.they are so helpful when you walk through the door.niijii our pet loves it here.we will only shop for our dog at this location.

I want to address a couple points in this review and have included pictures of various animals in their care below for reference.THE GOOD:#1 their staff is wonderful. While Pet Value is a chain, the store itself is locally owned and it shows. The new owners changes such as the removal of the glass tanks for rabbits/guinea pigs, and the addition of paper bags rather then plastic showed their care and detication to improving the store. The employees are all pleasant and helpful, especially with cat or dog food reccomendations.#2 the store is clean and the animal cages are too.#3 they have wide selection of foods, beds, toys, etc, in a variety of price ranges but even their most inexpensive tier of products is still largely good quality which I appreciate#4 they listen to their customers! I expressed concern one time I was there as the hamsters were fighting and had clearly aged out of the stage where they could safely be kept together, the hamsters were almost immediately separated and I havent seen fighting or injuries to their hamsters since. Syrian hamsters must be separated by 8 weeks of age or earlier otherwise they will fight to the death, they are a solitary species.Now THE LESS GOOD AND THE BAD:#1 Teddy bear" and "smooth" hamsters are colloquial names and it may be misleading to customers to label them as such. The hamsters they sell are long haired and short haired syrian hamsters

Always come here for generations of our dogs. Staff is super friendly and can always point you in the right direction or toss you some suggestions if you ever have questions. We always get our dog food, toys, bowls, treats, collars and leashes from here! Can even bring in your pup to visit everyone!

I feel bad no 5 stars but they said my cat was Vicious and that just isn't true. They didn't charge dad when he brought her in but I guess they couldn't get her out of the crate to do her nails

We go on a regular basis to pet valu but today we Visited for pet appreciation day! The staff were so friendly and great with my puppy getting his nails trimmed! Thanks for all the awesome treats :)

The customer service was fantastic. Got my kitty a sweater to help stop the over grooming due to stress and he loved it!

Amazing staff!! Every time I go to this location, the staff is so friendly and helpful! They are all so quick to answer my questions, and you just know they are animal people!

I always go here to pick up my hay for my guinea pigs! Everyone is always nice. I can always find everything I need! Would a 100% recommend going here!
