I'm a new to Canada and Whitney was the first real estate agent that I spoke with when I decided to rent an apartment. Although my rental plans did not materialize with Daniels Corporation, I must say that I was very happy with the way Whitney answered all my queries. She was professional and thorough with the way she presented herself and showed me the properties that I might be interested in. She even suggested ways I can protect myself from the ongoing rental frauds in the Canadian market.It is said that an employee is the face of the organization that she works with. As such, I am sure that Daniels Corporation is lucky to have her working with them. Looking forward to talk to you guys when I'm able to afford a new house in Canada. :)

The OMG Condos have terrible build quality, the condo fees have gone up to around 500$ due to untimely repairs needed; for a condo which has absolutely no facilities to be maintained and just 5 years old, that's an absurd amount !

I’m extremely happy with my recent townhouse purchase through Daniels, and to be honest a little confused with some of the other reviews on here. Overall my experience has been excellent - with the final product of the unit and also the level of customer service I have received from their staff:-Development was on time and the registration period (from occupancy to final close) was much shorter than expected-The sales, warranty staff, and property manager are very helpful, communicative and responsive. I feel like I’m being taken care of-I’m happy with the design and aesthetic of my unit, the final product is nicer than I had imagined. Especially of my kitchen-Materials used seem to be quality and will hopefully hold up with time-I was shocked with how much natural light I have with this unit, which you cannot say for most other attached townhouses

I have bought few properties down town Toronto and my overall experience is quite good. The price was good, workmanship is good. The decor center staff was highly professional and above all most of the staff are very professional, always eager to help to solve the problem. Only one time the staff could/did not take the responsibility and as a result I end up paying extra fees. Overall I am quite satisfied.

We recently bought pre-built townhouse from Daniels in Mississauga as usual we submitted the 30 days form. The company's warranty service/customer care team are amazing especially Joyce, John and Louie. Joyce did great job on PDI that allows us to measure and check all the details (of course prior to the pandemic) and John and Louie that help to repair all the items not only the ones we reported but also some items that were not on the list. Their work finishing is top notch! If any of you have Daniels home need customer care repair ask for John and Louie! They are the best of the best!

It looks like appointments were pre booked this portal was just joke. you are not even providing what is your number on waiting list. Stop playing games to jack up prices of already sky rocketing prices. Your this stunt is going the raise the resale market more high

It's truly a renting experience Reimagined"!All amenities and public space areas are state of art and designed with keeping in mind the currents needs of young families wanting to live and work in downtown Toronto.The staff at the reception and all the cleaning support team is always very friendly

An absolute nightmare of an experience. If you are considering renting from Daniels - don’t. It’s not worth the mental energy to deal with their team. My account manager was not helpful at all and was only willing to deal with issues once they’ve been escalated to the head office. They’d also schedule a phone call with you and then ghost you COMPLETELY with absolutely no respect for your time. It’s almost impossible to speak to anyone - except for Kim - on the phone. Despite constant efforts to communicate, accounting errors were still being made. It was such a hassle to get my rent deposit back. I’m just glad I was able claim my money back after rounds of escalations to the head office and even reached out to their executive team for help. To conclude, if you want to stay sane, avoid this company altogether and stay as faraway as possible.

I’ve been an owner and resident at one of the Daniels condos for just over two years now.I recently discovered a huge crack on the balcony which is causing structural issues. The balcony is no longer safe due to this issue and is causing a water leak every time it rains. The water penetrates through the crack and comes down into the ceiling inside of my unit.I contacted Daniels multiple times regarding the situation and they are very dismissive and unresponsive.They claim that it is completely out of their hands and showing very little concern.This is a structural defect and should be covered under the seven-year Tarion warranty coverage.I am not the only one experiencing this issue. The unit above me and the unit below me are experiencing leaks as well due to the same problem. But once again Daniels shows very little concern.When I reach out to Daniels I rarely get any messages back and if I do it takes a significantly long time.I’m currently in my condo and the leak is progressing to get worse. I’ve tried notifying property management who then intern contact Daniels but to no avail.If you’re thinking about buying a Daniels condo think carefully.Once they finish completing the construction of the building they make it very clear that they no longer care.I am now currently waiting for them to call me back after I’ve called three times. I now have to figure out something to do in order to stop this leak from progressing and causing further damage by myself.I do not feel safe in my home and Daniels is not responding to my concerns. Like I said if you’re thinking of buying a Daniels condominium think carefully.
