I just moved in a few days ago. I moved in from a house that was worse than the one the kid from Willy Wonka lived in. I am definitely living in a big upgrade. There is a window in every room. The neighbors are amazing. If you are a person who walks everywhere for everything this is a great area. If not you might want a car. I personally find it well built. However each unit is different.Edit: A few years later and the place is still awesome.
