The gluten-free almond milk loaf was so savoury and sweet - perfect for french toast! I also may or may not have had an out-of-body experience when tasting the strawberry rhubarb vegan milkshakes. Excited to go back and try more!

Had their chicken pot pie inside their place. The staff heated it up for me and it was delicious. The place is very cosy and me and my friends had a great time there

Love is tasted here. The Bakery is a recent addition (within the last decade) to the growing legacy that is Ste. Anne’s Spa. The bakery can be found in the valley of Academy Hill Road, less than 1 km from Hwy 401. They do ALL things gluten free, really, really well.Specializing in butter tarts, dairy-free coconut ice cream, and Nan’s (original recipe) cranberry orange scones!Just so I am clear, “specializing according to me”, because there are so many wonderful food options here, it will take some time for you to choose from all the offerings on the menu. You can dine in or take out. You can also, call in and place a custom order. Don’t be shy, the Chefs are Red-Seal and if you need a special cake or torte, they can often accommodate. Enjoy my friends!

All locally sourced goods . Yummy desserts , , breads , scones , jams , teas , coffees , etc.coffee shop vibe with an extra uniqueness.I bought the carrot cake and banana pancake muffins . Soooo good .Free parking$$

Staff at the bakery was very friendly! We bought multiple gluten free pastries (which the entire place was gluten free) which is so hard to find! We bought a cherry chocolate muffin which was absolutely amazing!!, eggnog cheesecake, very good, their peacan tart was to die forrrrrrrr and a carrot cake which was ok. We also bought a coffee and a chai tea late which was also very delicious! Considering all the baked goods were gluten free, the prices were really great! I dont think we paid more than 2-4$ per item which is really reasonable for a GF specialty item! HIGHLY recommend. Will deffinitely be returning!

I visited the bakery in 2019 and absolutely loved the experience.Unfortunately after visiting for a second time I was disappointed. In past you could order a pot of tea to share that would come with teacups for the table. You could sit with a soup and sandwich outside at a picnic table or inside at quaint wooden table.In 2023 I was surprised to find out they only serve tea in plastic cups, your milk comes in small plastic containers, and your meal is to be eaten with plastic fork, knife and spoon, at a plastic table and chairs. Sad about all the plastic that was wasted at a sit down meal.For the cost of lunch being $40 (2 teas, 2 sandwiches, and a soup) I would expect an experience like that of a restaurant rather than a take out spot.

What a lovely coffee morning we had here. Visited on a sunny Sunday for a tasty breakfast sandwich and a delicious latté. The eating area is quite small but the fantastic and smiling service from the young woman at the counter truly made this country destination worth the drive!
