Driver arrives for his 12:30pm appointment time at 12:18pm. Yes we were early because if we are 15 minutes late they charge us $200.00, and if we are 30 minutes late they charge us $500.00. Driver waited until 1:22pm, that's when they gave us a door. Driver instructed to unhook his trailer and pull forward a few feet, this way he could keep his air conditioner on (28 degrees out). 3:21pm trailer hasn't been touched. Still sitting with a full load. Companies like Imperial Dade kill our industry.

So stupid old rules to take the key. It is very hot outside. Veritiv can use air padlock after disconnecting, simplyThey looked like very busy but no performance.

Everything is good except they take your truck keys while loading/ unloading. Weather its cold/ hot. Management shoud consider drivers are humans . There are bigger corporation than veritiv but they respect drivers. Drivers can drop Trl and wait in parking lot if safety is that big of concern for you . I don't like to put bad reviews but you guys are too much. Please consider

The worst company that you could do business with. They will overcharge you as much as they possibly can. Spend a little time to try and find their smaller competitors and you will be much better off. This company is as bad as they come.

Horrible place to work due to the management. The employees are cool but everyone and everything about the managment is bad. Contacted head office about my T4 they gave me minimal help compared to other head offices. Terrible experience with this company.

Those guys are not paying money even after the load has been delivered. Be very careful and use them only if you do not have any other options.
