So happy I read the reviews on here and decided to bring my phone to Butlers for a screen replacement! I had a repair done a few months ago by a different shop that was closer to my home and although my phone got fixed by them, they seemed annoyed that I had walked through the door and never even made eye contact. Completely different experience at Butlers. Both gentlemen were friendly, professional and had a sense of humour. I felt comfortable there and they actually appeared to enjoy what they do which makes all the difference. Although they didn't have my screen in stock, it was ordered and once it was delivered to them, it was repaired right in front of me. Thankfully, tey also didn't do a factory reset so all my photos and files were still there. Such a great experience and feels good to know that I now have a courteous and reliable place to go next time I need a repair. Will definitely recommend them to family and friends!

Love these guys. I have always had a great experience with every device and service that I have purchased from them..... and I am frugal and picky! You may have to wait a bit but that is because they are popular, and they try to address several customers at one time. If for some reason something doesn't work out, they will do their best to remedy the situtation.

They stole my iPhone...I dropped it off and paid $300 for a new screen to be installed. It’s been almost a year and they refused to give it to a friend I had authorized to pick it up and won’t take my calls.Better business bureau has them on a “not rated” and “potential scam” list.So I guess I’m just out my iPhone?0/10

Worst service ever. Dropped off myiPad Pro December 4th was promised back to meDecember 8th. He said he would call when ready. I waited until a week after he was supposed to have it done and he answered that he’d been sick and it would be ready by the following week l waited for a call and nothing so I tried calling. He doesn’t answer his phone and you can’t leave a message. His shophas been closed not due to lockdown as this was well beforehand. How do I get my iPad back it’s been 6 weeks.

DO NOT DO ANY Business with this guy!!I dropped off a phone for repairs, and he turned around and sold it for profits. now he is telling me I need to buy new phone.... THIEFF!!! Not Trust Worthy!!

I bought a cell phone for my son before Christmas at roughly $400.00 and it immediately had problems from glitching to battery problems. We took it in and they gladly replaced the battery. Only for that battery to expand a short while later causing the cellphone to crack from the pressure underneath then it became unusable a week ago. So mad that it only lasted 7 months!

They never answer their phone, Really don't understand how they stay in business.
