Today I went in to purchase a clearance item that put on hold for me that was returned by another customer. An employee by the name of Diane was was extremely kind and helpful. She had stopped what she was doing to show me how the stroller wagon worked and even bumped down the clearance price tag for me. I am extremely grateful to her and she completely made my day as she went above and beyond to help me! As I walked out the doors with my two children, they made sure to have someone help me load everything into my car. I don’t have enough good things to say about the service I received today, I am an extremely happy customer! Thank you!

November 2022 5*This must be by 10+ visit to this store but never get the chance to write a review. It is favourite place for the kids.There are so many options available for kids in all range. I found the pricing is equal to compared to their stores in the US.Many Legos options available for kids. You can also check out range of bicycles, books, toys and stuff toys.The store is fully accessible and plenty is space for kids to walk around.

It’s ok...I guess. Tons of options...too many actually. It’s overwhelming to shop for certain things here.And forget the concept of knowledgeable employees here...they don’t even know the names of their products or what they carry.If you make the mistake of asking for help or direction from a staff member, they will treat you like you have cancer.Overall they have everything but it’s near impossible to find. The staff is uninterested in customer service (at best) and the prices aren’t that great

The worst service and it goes top to bottom! Store manager Jonathan has no regards to customers problems even when they are caused due to negligence by their own staff members and big surprise toys r us has no genuine complaints resolution process! When I asked Jonathan I would like a email or work phone for his manager he just deflected me to go complain through live chat where also of course no one cares!!Given that they are dealing with products related to babies and parents who are experiencing a new phase, they should be more considered! But oh no they except the weight of their mistakes should be borne by the customers! In my case literally! Must do better! I will be escalating this to consumer forum as principally this is exploitation and deceitful efforts!!

We went to this store today they have a great selection for babies, kids, teenagers, etc. They even have some Funko toys and books. There is a large selection of items to choose from and a clearance aisle so there is something whatever your price range is.

I ordered something online and paid extra for same day delivery. Website says same day delivery if ordered before 2:00 pm. I did order at 09:40 am and guess what my order still says shipped. I can't step out of my house because I have to receive it or the order might be returned. 26 hours and I am still waiting for status to be changed. I have called 10 times at the store and no one is responding.

This is pathetic. Bought slide for my daughter on her birthday and guess what i got the used one with scratches all over the slide. I just opened the box and daughter saw those scratches and got so disappointed. Did not even opened the whole box. Scratches are so visible in the box itself. Are you serious Toys r us? You just sell the returned product to your customers? Never ever buy from this store. Now i have to deal with the returns with this heavy big box and also toys r us ruined the birthday surprise. PATHETIC
