I was recommend by a friend to this store to shop for nonslip exterior tile. Was so happy I found what I was looking for at this store after looked around many stores. It was from Italy but price is pretty . Also luckily I found the best sales Carrie. She is knowledgeable and so helpful, few time she even came from home to help me out even on her day off. I am definitely recommend the store.

Highly recommend Tilemaster in Aurora. I had the best experience from the moment I walked in the front door. I was tackling my 1st tile job in my powder room and Brent went above and beyond. I showed him my idea board and he helped with the tile selection, cutting, tips and tricks, what was required to apply the tile and protect it and the tools and knowledge required. I will shop here again and just can't say enough about how amazing my experience was. Keep up the amazing work

Brent & D were amazing. Both were extremely friendly, helpful, honest & patient. I purchased a large amount of tiles and was there for several hours & never felt rushed. I would definitely recommend this place & especially the help of Brent & D. Thanks so much for all your help & making my life a little easier!!

I returned a metal rod which framed my backsplash tile. I was one week past the 21-day return time. I had my invoice. They charged me a 20% (~$3) restocking" fee for something that they were going to walk 30 feet and place it against a wall with the rest of their inventory. The dollar amount is absolutely immaterial. If a company is looking for repeat business

Tilemaster has amazing staff especially Zach S., he took the time to explain & show me different tiles. He also asked questions which I didn’t think to ask. Zach was very patient and answered all my questions & concerns. The associate at the counter, Bridgette was efficient and friendly. The staff seemed to all have a positive attitude , a smile and made eye contact with the customers in the showroom when I was there. I would definitely refer Tilemaster to my friends and family.Thank you Tilemaster for hiring such caring staff.

Lots of selection, bright and clean showroom. Helpful staff. Dave updated the showroom since COVID, there's many more square feet and a lot of tile options. I've been to several tile stores on Jane and this showroom has always been the best, if you can't find what you're looking for, check out TileMaster. We've used them for two bathrooms and a laundry room

I’m looking for the backsplash using in my new kitchen as the other shop out of stock and in short notice. DJay the salesman was nice and provide us the great service, he helped me to solve my problem that day and moreover with a reasonable price on it too!

I’m a long time customer and love their products but it can be difficult finding someone to help with questions. I’ve been into the store several times over the past few weeks looking for help with my latest renovation project and no one was available. I was told Thursday night would be a good time to visit, so I went on Thursday night but there was still nobody to ask for advice. Thankfully there was a wonderful contractor there-not an employee of the store, who ended up spending a considerable amount of time answering our questions and making suggestions. Thank you Brent for all of your help tonight!
