I am a tenant of a house being sold. On a day where we had no viewings scheduled, on June 24th, Jackie Blakney unlawfully entered the premise and opened my bedroom door. Asked inappropriate questions and rebutted my statement that the only viewings we received were for the next day. Turns out she looked at the dates wrong in her app. Nonetheless, greater diligence must be had when you are a Realtor / Broker, and entering the homes of tenants unannounced is not only a waste of time for her clients, but also against Section 26 and Section 27 of the Residential Tenancies Act in Ontario. Next time Jackie, apologize straight away when you break into a home, do not request to nonetheless show the home, double check your appointment instead of arguing, and leave immediately.

I cannot say enough about Wanda. I was from outside of the Gananoque area and fell in love with it during a visit with some friends. I looked at the house listing I like best and called that agent. Wanda arranged for me to look at three homes - her listing plus two others as --I had asked her to do so. We feel in love with one of the other listings.
