Awesome people and very nice places to call home

I’m actually quite concerned if this is a legitimate property management company. All calls go unanswered by every single listed department available. I wonder how actual tenants are able to get in contact with anyone to manage issues with their rental units when nobody is reachable by phone or email. I’ve already submitted my application and included sensitive details in that application. I received one email asking if I commute to Toronto. No follow up to my response. No returned calls to my voicemail messages. This is worse than calling into a radio station for a prize. This place isn’t worth the stress or headache. Who knows what they’re up to in that office even though they’re apparently not in the office during their new opening hours. Such a waste. Such a shame.

I have rented from Wam Properties for several years, anytime there was an issue the property manager always got back to me right away and had it rectified in a timely manner. The maintenance crew is very professional and always polite. If you are looking for an affordable rental where they treat you like family look no further and rent from wam properties.

Was not impressed. Could not connect with anyone. By phone, email. Left multiple messages for a rental. Did an online application, received no response.

The guys here are great, they helped me understand what was needed to invest in real estate and gave me great tips on how renting a house for income works and what to mistakes to avoid making. Thanks Jeff.
