Super happy with this beast of a truck I purchased from Fraser Valley Pre-Owned. Akaash was a pleasure to deal with and put in the hard work to get me a great deal and on the road quickly. All around good experience.

All the employees are really friendly. Great place. Ashley Fisher really goes out of her way to get the vehicle for you. In my situation it was really difficult to get a vehicle financed but she managed it somehow with great price too.

Awful experience dealing with the people in this dealership. They try to convince you that the 70$ inspection sheet they have it’s better than a tech opinion. No gas in the tank to test the car we waited 40min for that. Brakes were completely rusted rims were spray painted to cover all the rashes. The car had lots of issues which they never been addressed and they did not want to fix them either. Oh btw they don’t want you to pay cash they want you to do financing or they don’t sell you the car or the price will increase if you don’t take their finance advice…. In few words BIG SCAM. Stay away

I’m solely writing this review for the amazing customer service delivered by Aastha which ultimately got us to buy the car we wanted. She’s very accountable, rightly persistent & will go out of her way to get the best deal for you. She was very proactive and professional with her work. I have dealt with several car dealerships and salespeople while owning cars but Aastha’s dedication & commitment stands out making her a brilliant people’s person. Fraser Valley is lucky to have her. We bought a vehicle Tesla model 3 here. However, it always has problems. First, the speaker of the car is broken when they gave us . And we asked it they said it’s all good until we bring it to Tesla service and figure out that need to replace with cost $700. And they said since we have warranty, we need to pay $250-300 deductible for that ( which is not acceptable because that’s ur fault.) But anyway, we still accept that, and everything went so bad that the different sizes on the tire for us , which causing my boyfriend car sliding and turn around on the highway cause damage. We just only know when we took to the place replace the tire and they told us. Be avoiding this place please! Ur life is more safe.

From the time we contacted this dealership through car gurus, Armin was responsive, informative and helpful right off the get go. We made the trip from Kamloops to trade in our vehicle for a larger one, and Armin was patient and a fair negotiator the whole time. We dealt with Harry in the finance department, who came in on his day off to help us. Harry was friendly, also very patient and trustworthy. We had a great experience from start to finish. Make sure to ask Armin about their special coffee machine too!

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had, everybody treated me like family as soon as I arrived. There were no hold ups - after setting an appointment they had all the paperwork done and ready as well as the car cleaned and ready to go. The entire process took under an hour and I got exactly what I wanted at an amazing deal! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place promised my friend a $1000 credit if he recommended people. I went in and bought a car, told them he recommended me, and whatever. They then *refused* to give him anything because they were going to take $400 off my car for bald tires I’d need to replace. I got a 2016 journey in February. The car ran great for about 40km. Literally got home, This place said they’d done everything to the car so it was up to date on everything- so on and so fourth. But LITERALLY 40km is all I got. Then the oil light came on,I called, they said “we probably didn’t reset the car” so keep driving it for 2500km and then take it in and get it checked. Well here we are, 2500km later and I’m getting charged $600 for things that were supposed to be done over 20,000km ago. What a joke.

Where do I start, from the moment we walked on the lot, to the test drive, to negotiations and financing the service was top notch. We never felt like we were just a commission, everyone made us feel like a friend. Never felt uncomfortable or pressured. We have purchased a few cars over the years and this was the best experience ever. I highly recommend shopping here for your new to you premium vehicle. Such a joy! Woooow incredible dealership! Ilya and his team, Malcolm and Aasish were incredibly helpful in our process of buying a car. My wife and I got a beautiful 2022 Dodge Ram 1500 with low interest rate.
