Really nice employees and very fast and thorough. The only downside is the price. They did have a promo going on for the paint we got but it was still crazy expensive. Granted it was a custom colour but you might be better off at Lowe's or somewhere else if you're going for cost efficiency.

Very good support. I had to get 2 uniques stain color . 1st one got it easy but very good work . 2nd one it was looking bad on wood piece provided by me but when I found the proper wood it matched the original . I never taught I will get it so nice. Good work and support to provide unique stain color . I am impressed . Thank you Daniel Girbea

Great store, great location, lots to choose from and the staff is well knowledge about products. Everything is priced well, considering their sales are unbeatable! They say they are open at 8am on a Saturday but when I drove there at 9:30am they were closed. so were the other 2 locations in Kitchener. Are they even in business anymore? Doesn't anyone know how to update Google hours?!? I hate incompetent businesses. Why aren't you open on a Sat at 9:30? Like you can't use covid as an excuse anymore....

I had a painter paint my main floor. It took a long time and a lot of back and forth finding just the right colour .After it dried we noticed the colour was way off.I called the store and they said there is nothing they can do. They offered no advice or remedy. Very disappointing!So now I have to pay the painter twice to repaint and purchase new paint.All I want is the colour I should have gotten in the first place.
