I highly recommend Vrinda! She was able to help me with my neck, shoulder and lower back pain with 60 minute massages + cupping. Vrinda is highly knowledgable and was able to easily identify and help resolve my pain within a couple sessons. What I like most is that she explains what she's doing, why the pain is present, pain management techniques/exercise and ensures to follow up after sessions. She's amazing at what she does!

Highly recommend Vrinda. I've been going to her couple of times for massage and cupping for shoulder/back pain. Recently just done my first acupuncture, and after just the first session, I could already feel better and able to have better sleep. Vrinda is very good at her work. I had an issue with my shoulder muscles, she accurately found the pain causing area and I instantly felt relaxed after my first massage. Awesome experience, Vrinda is a very professional RMT.I had an issue with my leg’s muscles, and it was very painful. She takes her time to listen and ask for all the problem areas, makes me very comfortable, and the environment is relaxing too.She has lots of knowledge about the message and pressure points. I was very impressed and felt much better in the first lesson. Her massage and pressure points techniques are excellent.I highly recommend her and, made the plan to continue with her.

I had a terrible right shoulder pain and Vrinda saved me from having pain. This was my first acupuncture experience and I must say it was a best experience ever from the point of technique and knowledge and customer service. She checks my body first and plans how I can relieve this pain. During she was doing an acupuncture, from the beginning to the end including some expected symptoms for the next day, she mentioned step by step and I could be aware of some expected pain then 3 days later, I noticed a big difference and my shoulder stiffness got much lighter. I tried her RMT and I cannot see anyone but her! She knows what’s going on inside body and arrange areas and pressures depending on individual issues. I will definitely come back as regular basis :)

I have been seeing Vrinda for many years due to several health issues. She is extremely knowledgeable and listens intently. She'll feel around and know exactly what is wrong, including areas that I didn't know hurt until she touches it. Her massage and cupping techniques are phenomenal and always help. I have suffered sinus pressure for quite awhile especially in the mornings which sometimes was severe. Discussed this with Vrinda. I had my first sinus massage and cupping the other day. What a difference it made, I could actually feel my sinuses drain properly and I no longer had sinus pressure. The next morning was the first time in a long time that I woke up without sinus pressure. She is amazing.
