Just had some weird issues at home with hissing toilet and singing taps! Called A3 Plumbing ....Got Jason for a 2nd time.Yay! He had come out and installed an airline from our dryer to the outside of the house. Impeccable job!...He had also done some pipe fitting/capping in our basement....Anyway...This time around he trouble shooted some pretty weird stuff. He was in and out in like an hour or so... he fixed a water pressure issue with a new guage I think he called it... He fixed the hissing noise completely ...He even made it so the taps rotated properly and I always had thought something was wrong with them... lol!Always ask for Jason! I have used A-3 for 2 decades. They have always done a fine job. My place is an old house with issues and they havea always been creative and helpful and efficient. The employees are personable and well-trained in plumbing and gas-fitting. Expensive, yes, but accountable and worth the cost. Lots of free advice when you go into the shop. They charge for time from the shop, and why not?

I have been dealing with this company since we moved to Nelson 19 years ago. Their service has always been outstanding, reliable & reasonable. We now live in Salmo, still use A3 & the service is remarkable, even when dealing with older systems. Thank you A3 Plumbing.

We have hired A3 for plumb and gas service and emgancey. They are awesome. Theiroffice pickups the phone and is great at scheduling and their service people show up and get the job done. It is a treat to hire them and have a problem go away, h/w heater installed or gas furnace fixed.

The secretary sounded confused when I called (after she finally picked up). I said hello twice and she genuinely sounded liked she didn't understand why she was getting a call? She didn't even say the name of the company and I had to confirm I had even called A3 plumbing after 30 awkward seconds on the phone (legitimately thought I'd called someone cell phone by the way she answered). I mentioned that we haven't had water in 2 days and she swiftly told me they have too many clients right now and didn't want to bother putting me on the wait list. Told me to just keep calling back" I realize you busy with this cold snap (which is why it's not one star) but wow

Called seeking a plumber to perform a pressure test ... The receptionist was hard to understand, but I eventually determined that A-3 would perform a pressure test only if they had installed the plumbing. We have no idea who originally installed the pipes; we just bought the property. Can't see how ownership of a prior job pertains to results of a later test. We just need to know if the pipes are intact. I'll keep looking until I find someone willing to do the test, and be our future go-to.

had appointent booked for nov1 , lady calls back shortly and says can get done on oct 21st,i say great lets do it , then next day get a call that can not get done on oct 21 and new date will be dec 1st . gonna go with another company . waste of timewe talked it out and the reputable company they are appologized and we got a new date to put the stove in
