Professional and quality service when they installed windows, doors and sided our home. We were pleased with the results. They took the time to ensure that the old windows and any issues (water damage) were addressed prior to installation of the new window. Too bad not all companies treated their clients this well.

Aside from competitive pricing, we also valued the fact that they were also aware of the job from the quoting stages since they were also installing the work vs. having a sales person review the job. The guys at R&R are amazing!! Ed was quick to meet with me and very knowledgable. He explained my options and worked with me to find solutions that were energy efficient, fit my budget and not to mention BEAUTIFUL!!! I love that the same person you speak to first, is the same person that helps you through to the installation.The guys were always respectful and cleaned up so well when they were finished. I can not say enough good things about them about would highly recommend this company to anyone considering renovations or building new!!

R&R was a great company to work with. We’ve had both doors and windows installed by their company. They are professional, clean, safe and efficient in their work, especially during these times of Covid. We would recommend using them during anytime of year as the windows and doors were installed quickly and properly.

Ed and Jason replaced all of our windows about 5 years ago, and just recently installed new doors and added two windows. Excellent craftsmanship and great guys to speak with. Highly recommend.

I should have done this review a lot sooner, but this is truly a great company with a good crew of guys. Used them twice; once for a really large front window as well as a couple new basement windows at my place in Acton.Family friend of mine referred me to them and I'll never use another window or door company again. Really good pricing and quick, friendly service. Mostly dealt with Ed and he was great to work with. Highly recommend these guys and reaching out to Ed, they'll take care of you.

So LOVE our new doors from R & R - The Window & Door Company! We chose to go with R & R as, out of all the companies we asked quotes from, their quote process was the most positive in regards to communication and pricing. Ed, Jason and James were fantastic and were able to get our doors installed prior to the holidays. The removal of our old doors and install of th new ones was quick and well done. I cannot believe the difference in quality of these new doors. They feel so much secure and solid than what we had. Thanks R & R!
