My wife went in to get some help to fix her hair and she was so happy when she got home from the help she got. Would recommend for anyone looking for help with their hair

Every time I have been in this store, the manager and other staff were condescending and made mocking jokes when I asked for certain professional tools that I have used in professional salons. Told me they didn't exist. Blow dryer comb/brush extensions do exist...Hair extensions weren't in demand because of demographic...blah blah I could list a few others.

I was very taken aback by the treatment I received when picking up a product. I am a bubbly, sociable person and had passingly mentioned that I hadn't used this specific product in over 9 years, and that after growing out my virgin hair for years I was going back to my roots". The elderly cashier made a remark of "if you're using that

The manager (Collingwood, ON location) would comment on my purchases when she would look up my file: 'Wow, you have tried so many different colours'. And her associate went off on a screeching tangent when I purchased a haircolour in the blonde category ( it was more of a light brown). I have never seen such craziness in front of a customer: 'oh my God, I can't believe this is considered blond, I can't believe it', and on and on. I have been shopping there almost since it opened. Staff either can't be bothered helping you, are very opinionated, or chat with their friends when you walk in and just ignore the customer because they don't want to interrupt their social time.Fortunately I have found an online supplier for my haircolour (with more colour choices), and developer for the same price.

On my way to Blue mountain, I found the BSO driving around the area. I was quite excited as I frequent the location at Yonge and Eglinton in Toronto.I walked in there and met the manager Laurie, she was amazing. Friendly and pleasant! She answered my questions on my curly hair and recommended some products I haven't tried yet. We went on to discuss colours as I wanted to buy colour to do my own roots. However, I changed my colour since my last purchase. She went on to match me and share what may or may not happen. She didn't sugar coat her answers to my questions. What I loved was the honesty that she showed.I thought Laurie owned the store, she showed her genuine interest in her customers. I was floored when she acknowledged new customers walking in by name.....That kind of service doesn't happen everywhere! Great job to the ladies in this store. I will definitely be back not only for the service, but the deals as well :)

Poor hours. People also work for a living.

I visited the Beauty store on March 17 and the sales person (long silver hair) was fabulous. Together we chose a root colour for my hair and she also gave me samples of shampoo and conditioner with low PH for my unruly hair. Both worked great. The color match is amazing and I will return for the KMS Color Vitality shampoo and conditioner. Thanks so much for your help. Wasaga Beach

Staff took the time to ask me if I needed help?, while she was helping another customer, Maybe my bewildered man look in a beauty supply store was enough. Either way good service.
