I had an exceptionally satisfying experience at La-Z-Boy Richmond Feb. 11/23. I needed to completely furnish a new condo living room. ROD VERY was my salesman and he was helpful without being pushy and very, very knowledgeable about his stock. He made suggestions and offered advice without ever being overbearing - the right combination of helpful ideas! He deferred to me every time - not the daughter shopping with me (I'm a senior). He even called the next day to offer a suggestion about the decisions we'd made and, as I was just thinking about the same thing, I really appreciated his input. I HIGHLY recommend him, his expertise and the quality of their offerings.

We purchased 2 recliners from Rafi. He was very friendly and accommodating. We got an excellent price and can hardly wait for our chairs to be delivered. Thanks La Z Boy.

We spend more than 2 hours in Richmond store. We feel welcomed and informed. Shiva is super friendly and professional. When we asking questions, she explains clearly and gave us useful suggestions. My husband was thinking buying a non rocker style chair, but Shiva knows that we r going to have a baby soon, then sharing a lot details about the rocker chair. We feel that suggestion is super helpful, then changing our mind and buying a rocker one. When we need time walking around, she fully understands and respects, give us time and space, no push at all which make us feel very well. Shiva also asked my floor plan and some pics, tried to find designer and help us make a 3D environment. This great service just help us a lot by choosing the right sofa, right color and put in right position in our condo. Checking different sofa price, searching different materials, colors for us. Shiva is so patience. We enjoy talking with her, sharing our story, like communicating with a friend. What a great professional super woman. Thank you very much Shiva! Well done!

Just purchased a leather reclining sofa called the Turner. Rod Very was excellent at helping me with my decision and made the shopping experience at La-Z-Boy very easy and enjoyable. Rod is very knowledge about furniture, talented at listening to the customers needs, and assisting the customer in making the right decision. I felt very well cared for and treated respectfully during my experience. I highly recommend La-Z-Boy and ask for Rod Very.

I wasn’t planning on buying, just happened to go into La-Z-Boy to take a look around and a very helpful Rod Very asked all the right questions, showing me so many choices that I was able to purchase items that I was always seeking but never finding exactly what I wanted! I purchased two beautiful end tables for my living room and am so glad Rod was there to help me and the quality of La-Z-Boy furniture is excellent! I am also looking to invest in a custom-designed hutch/curio cabinet for my living/dining room. Jeanne Elphick helped my boyfriend and I pick out our first pull out couch that we had been dreaming of for years. It was an investment for us and we felt so well taken care of with Jeanne.
