Poor and rude management. I stopped by for whopper wednesday and when I got home they gave me a crispy sandwich when i deliberately ordered TWO ocs, i ordered two combo of the whoppers with no pickles and tomato and they gave me pickles and another one with no onions. I saw this old lady yelling at two employees for messing up an order IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS, and despite all that they still got my order wrong. If you’re going to a burger king on whopper wednesday, do not go to this one. They will just mess up your order and their employees are not friendly at all!!!!! So much for you rule.

SERIOUS HEALTH VIOLATIONS GOING ON AT THIS LOCATION I stopped by this location to pickup burgers on the way home. While we were waiting for our order my son who could see in the back said the lady was spitting in the burgers, I bent down so I could see in the back and sure enough she was. I asked for my money back and they told me no, I asked to speak to the manager. I told her what we saw and she just laughed and went to the back, I asked one of the lady's up front what her name was and she said Visha. Not really sure if that was her real name or not, AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST. we just cut our losses and walked out with out our order. We will never set foot in this location again. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

This Burger King location is so hit and miss. Food will either be fantastic or incredibly mid. The service however is atrocious. I have never worked in fast food before but the cashiers are so unwilling to work and would rather just chat with each other rather than do basic stuff like restocking straws or lids, or even listen to whole order before going back to talk to their co workers. I lost count how many times I have asked for a large drink and received either a medium ( which I lose money on by over paying ) or not even getting on my order.

Went here for lunch during lunchtime and was disappointed with our order. We thought going during the lunchtime rush would ensure freshness of our order but we were wrong. The onion rings were cold. Almost as if they forgot to fry them. The burger patty was also like warm. Won’t be going back. Plus the parking situation and traffic in the lot is crazy.

Super disappointed about them only having paper straws. This is a huge pet peeve- got a shake for my kid and he couldn’t drink it, tried 5 straws then I tried and they all had bad seals. Bring the plastic back

Overall the restaurant was clean and sanitized everytime. Also their summer drinks tasted great and very recommended.

Chicken and fries were stale and tasteless. fries were dark as i could tell that staff probably re-fried those or the fryer oil was dirty.

It grew worse the first time I visited a Burger King in more than ten years. I'd say I'll try again in ten, but it's obvious they won't be around then. At the morning rush hour, I was the sole customer in the store.I requested a breakfast sandwich with sausage and croissant but was instead handed a whopper.Coffee was unacceptably runny and tasteless.

The food here is pretty much consistent with any other Burger King. The reason I came here was the massive play place they have. The problem is that it has glass windows all around it and for some reason their furnace can’t heat it up. So my kids kept saying they were super cold. Other than that the service was good and the staff were friendly. So the lower rating was for the play place being cold and not a reflection on the restaurant as such.

First time I've been in a Burger King in more than 10 years and somehow it got worse. I'd say I'll try again in another 10 but they clearly won't be around that long. I was the only customer in the store during morning rush hour.I asked for a sausage croissant breakfast sandwich and was somehow given a whopper.Coffee was very watery and wasn't acceptable.
