Canada Post

It was the first time I visited here this Sunday afternoon. I wanted to send a few packages.The young male staff wearing glasses was polite, helpful and everything was done so quickly!I was so surprised. It is very rare to find such a capable staff like him in any other Canada post location. I will definitely come back here.

This location lost my package. I used the Flex Delivery method for something I bought online at this post office location. The package somehow arrived at the post office and was successfully 'delivered', even though I had never gone to pick it up beforehand. Not sure how that's possible since you need government ID to verify it's your package. Makes me really question how they verify the parcels here. Super disappointed.

Ive been going here for years, never had a problem. The wait can be long sometimes, but it can also be pretty quick - just depends on how busy it is. I did notice the recent staff have been noticeably friendlier!

Extremely rude and unfriendly who are unwilling to help with your issues. Very much seem like they would rather not have customers come in at all.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I've been using Canada post in this location for over 5 years. The previous owners were terrible and it was always a stressful challenging experience. I'm so happy that new people are running this office now and I'm very satisfied with their service. there is a significant improvement compared to before. The price for printing is also fair.

This branch is my favorite since James run this. He is very helpful and patient with my complicated international shipments.

I’ve come to this post office for the past few months and have had great service from one of the employees. I own a small business so all of the packages I’ve shipped have been the same size and weight and have had no problem with them. When I went today to ship my packages, there was a different man working. I waited almost 20 minutes which I didn’t mind as he was the only one working, but once I asked to get stamps he refused saying he “couldn’t risk shipping them” even though the Canada post website says you can ship jewelry as oversized letter mail and I have shipped it over 50 other times with no problems. He then took my receipt that I asked for from another package that I had a prepaid label for and threw it out, which I thought was quite rude. So disappointing considering the other man that works there, who I assume is the owner, is very nice and helpful.

I have been going to this post office for 15 years and it's always perfect service.

Pretty bad customer service. Called to ask what’s the size limit for each item and person made the number up (he said 30Cms on each side which is not the number on the Canada post website). Also person hung the phone up before I could stop talking.
