My girlfriend actually died after eating at this restaurant .Not sure if it was the bad chicken or the car crash but i would still not take a chance .

Please avoid this place at all costs. I ordered online. As soon as I stepped inside this place, I was horrified: empty disinfectant dispenser at the entrance, dirty and greasy tables that looked like they had never been washed. I mean all the dining rooms have been closed since September 2020, I passed in April 2021.... How is it that the tables are dirty and have crumbs everywhere. I immediately regretted my choice of establishment. I arrived at the designated time, hoping to get in, take my order and leave. Instead, I had to wait 30 minutes to receive my order, but since I had already paid online, I had no choice but to wait... I saw two customers returning their food. They told me that the fries were dry and cold and the chicken sauce tasted burnt as if the cook had scrambled the bottom of the pan. Team looked discouraged and lost...

**edited to add : just reordered to give them another shot, since they were closed for awhile. Conclusion, still trash. Paid 60$ to get a bucket of dried, wing sized pieces.Most incompetent customer service. Placed an order online, it wouldn't let me enter appartment number. Called the 1-888 number, they said they'd cancel, and resubmit my order with my appartment number. Waited over an hour, called the restaurant, and it just shows up cancelled.

Last time coming here. It used to be alright but this time when I picked up my order, the staff were unprofessional between each other. Zero standards. My chicken tasted like burnt oil. It actually smelled like if they put out a cigarette on my chicken. Just save your money honestly.

Well tried to order for the 2nd time online. Our first order which was a year ago never got to us. We got refund. We thought that maybe a year later they would have fixed the issues. NOT. Do not order online, you will never get your food and it takes for ever to get refunded. What a scam!

New to Blainville 6 months ago, we tried this KFC a couple of times, and the results were very disappointing. Chicken batter lacked that flavor that got us hooked decades ago, also thighs and drumsticks were pretty much all that was in our bucket. We decided to try one more time yesterday, and we were amazed to find a well balanced and very tasty chicken! Fries were warm and crispy! Not sure what happened but great job!!! I'd love to see you guys keep this up and re earn your customer base! I'll rate a 5 when we try again and if you've remained consistent ;)

Very disappointed, we ordered a bucket of 14 chicken pieces, unfortunately the skin tasted as if they had cooked the chicken over a Gas stove and the chicken had absorbed the taste and smell of the natural gas, dont know how to describe it. This was very weird and we threw out the chicken. Staff were unprofessional as well. Last time we ordering KFC

Family order (almost 90$) never showed up. Supposed to be here over an hour ago (we placed the order 2 hours ago). We called the restaurant and the line kept hanging up on us. Impossible to get in touch with the store. Had to call the main line at customer service to raise this issue about our local restaurant. We’re still waiting but don’t think our purchase is on its way. We’d love to cancel and get our money back but we can’t get in touch with the store or the manager. Terrible management. I’d like to give 0/5 seeing as there is literally nothing in front of us.

lack of staff that they have to put a kid under the legal age of work to work at kfcevery person that worked there was super rude to customer i dont know whyand take forever to prepare the ordernot surprised it closed illegal to work a kid under 15
