OK Tire

Mike took the time on a Saturday, to examine and notify me of the condition of a truck that I had delivered to him. The necessary repair was minimal. I would definitely use OK Tire again in the future.

My son was killed in an accident at Cardston and Mike was the one who hauled his car away after the accident and treated us so well when we went to pick up his belongings. he went out of his way when he had work to do to help bring us some peace and comfort and on top of it all sent us flowers at my sons funeral. i cant say enough about what a great person he is. The world needs more people like him

My trucks been there for over a week for a 600$ wireing harness for my high beams. I wouldn't be choked if I seen my truck in the shop. I drive past daily just to see my baby sitting out back out of the shop not being worked on. I call, he always says it's on the way in this afternoon... I'll be waiting for my phone call, as I have been waiting for over a week........my first experience with them was good though, they fixed my generator and chainsaw for a good price, good fix.

I had a front tire blow outside of town after hours. Matt the tow truck driver was amazingly helpful and went the extra mile to help.The next morning Mike quickly found a tire to replace the blown tire on my truck and had me quickly back on the road again.The tow and repair bill were very reasonable!I'd highly recommend both the tow service and/or OK Tire!Impeccable service in a day where servicing the customer is being forgotten!My sincere thanks!

We were in town visiting and needed a quick check on a check engine light. The serviceman that helped us was outstanding and very friendly. He assured me the light was nothing of concern and explained to me that a computer update was needed when we returned home. He offered the insight at no charge and could not have been more helpful. Great service that deserves your business!

They discovered a wiring issue. First time I brought it in, paid for it, and the problem continued. Mike had me bring it back, he resolved the issue and didn't charge me the second time. Super happy with their persistence, service and prices!

My mom took her vehicle to Mike's auto in cardston back in June with a water pump issue,She took it to him with a down payment of $1200 to have the water pump fixed anyway she never got her vehicle back until end of August and no phone calls from Mike to update my mom, when she did he said he had to order a new motor, so it went from a water pump to a new motor. My mom was getting frustrated with guy. So when she did get it back the engine light was still on and now the tire or something by the tire was shaking. So she call Ford in lethbridge, they just tell her you bring it back to mike and get him to fix it. So she brought it back in there another week maybe and had to pay close to $500 to get it out with the same issue still there. So she calls him again to fix it right but then called ford again, now they tell her to bring it in and the whole time mike wasn't even fixing the damn thing correctly!! So people,e please don't bring your vehicle to OK TIRE in cardston Mike De Winter

Our trailer tire blew outside of Waterton at about 8:30 p.m. after a very long day of driving. I thought I was HOOPED and would have to leave my trailer by the side of the road. But no! A kindly passerby came to help and this passerby knew Mike! Towing AND tires all in one service. Mike and the other driver were already out on a call, they stopped by the side of the road where we were, removed my rim, brought it to the shop, replaced the rubber, brought it back to us and we were back on the road. A blow out at 8:30 at night and we were back on the road in two hours?? WOW! We basically got a tire delivered right to us after hours. Like a miracle. We were distressed and exhausted and these guys were so kind and funny and HELPFUL. All for an extremely good price. We got to our site in Waterton after all. It still amazes me how awesome it all was. We would have ended up at a hotel, losing our campsite, leaving all our stuff by the side of the road, our food in the cooler getting all spoiled... the list goes on!, but these guys saved the day!! Thank you ALL.

I was here last month with a large trailer that had a flat tire. Mike had it all fixed within 30 minutes, with a smile on his face the whole time. We were on our way from Waterton to Milk River when we realized we had a flat, so we are grateful that we were able to stop in Cardston and receive such excellent service at a great price!
