Highly recommend working for this company. I've had a wide variety of jobs over the years and this one is my favourite one by far. Management listens closely to employee feedback and strives to make sure we all feel valued. If this isn't an employee-centred company, I don't know what is. They place a strong emphasis on safety and offer additional training and up-grading all the time. If you want to wake up and feel excited to go to work each day, this is the place for you!

Dangerous, sloppy, and unprofessional. I had the misfortune of being behind on of their trucks on highway 1 recently. The truck was spewing stones all over the busy highway and cracked my windscreen along with a number of others. A reckless disregard for the community to put such a badly packed/prepared truck on the highway. Email to their info@ address regarding the incident went unanswered which is pretty unprofessional :(

I haven't used their services yet but I work at Port of Vancouver and I have seen them working here. These guys know what they are doing and they take it seriously. They will complete the project no matter what the time. I have seen them going into the finer details not even leaving a small stone unturned. Thats how business should be done. I respect how Geoge Bailey is taking this company to new heights. Great way to do business in 2022. I wouod love to work for this company.

On Friday March 27th your crew completed the crossing in the Foster St / Thrift Ave intersection. We had a grandstand view from our 4th story window. To see the precise cooperation of machines and men and the excellent traffic control from that perspective was just marvelous and we were very impressed. Driving beside one of the pick up trucks, driver acting dangerous, tailgating very aggressive and neglect manner of driving. You can assume if employee allowed to do that then what company it is? License plate NX2062 unit number NPU102, September 17 2022, 11:30am, highway 7. Hope management do some actions.

A recent experience has soured my formerly strong impression of this large and reputable company, confirming the old adage that conglomerates are immune from criticism. I suppose their vast bankrolls are eternally protected, being the only game in town to service lower mainland municipalities. In short, one of the back hoe operators was on occasion sloppily slamming his bucket on the concrete during routines, causing vibration beyond what was necessary. Called the company to have this documented in the event I needed to make a claim for a compromised or cracking foundation. Turns out the desk clerk I called couldn't locate a supervisor or management personnel for some 20 minutes (god only knows what would happen if there was an emergency of the scale a company like this might be faced with). I was then put in touch with an on-site supervisor who had no time for my thoughtfully expressed concern - which was to have him ask the back hoe operator to exercise more care in making contact with the concrete. What I got was a complete lack of respect and a defensive I'll talk to him." My point here is to generate wider concern about how these large service companies handle the general public. We care about our properties and simply expect our modest concerns as tax-paying citizens to be heard. That's all I ask. Instead
