Was welcomed by the staff upon entering the reception area which was very clean and wonderfully decorated.It appeared that Jen was waiting for me. She had the forms ready for me to complete upon my arrival and was very pleasant.Shortly there after Sara came to get and escort me to a procedural room, where while waiting for Dr. Smith I completed filling out the paperwork. Shortly, Dr. Smith arrived and we had a very informal and informative consult. He wasn't in a hurry and had time to listen to my concerns with a great understanding of what my issues are.Will absolutely be becoming one of their patients.

Had such a great experience. Everyone was so nice , lovely bright office , very thorough and explained every step. The easy parking in front was an added bonus. Would recommend

I’m new to Calgary and initially saw another dentist, but I wasn’t happy with the experience – the exam was super quick, and the treatment plan seemed aggressive, so I was left a bit uneasy. Dr. Smith was on my “short list” of dentists that friends and colleagues had recommended though, so I decided to go to him for a second opinion, and am glad I did!First off, the front desk staff are awesome. When I first called, I explained the situation, and they got me an appointment the following week. From there, they helped get my X-rays sent over from the other clinic, and connected with my insurance plan. They made the whole process very easy.Next, Dr. Smith was fantastic. Not only is he very thorough, but he has great chairside manner. During my initial exam, he took time to explain what he was seeing, what my treatment options were, and to talk through them. All in, he spent about twice as much time with me as the previous dentist, and he left me feeling like I had the information I needed to make informed decisions, and I really appreciated that. This is the kind of dentist I want looking after me, so needless to say, I decided to become Dr. Smith's patient moving forward.Finally, I like the office. It is convenient for me to get to from my office downtown, and all the staff that I interacted with were pleasant and helpful, and the whole atmosphere at the clinic was very warm. I also like that they have a second dentist at the clinic and always build in time for last-minute emergency appointments, so that if I ever do have an emergency, I’ll be able to get in quickly.

The staff is extremely helpful and very accommodating.Dr Kellen Smith is very knowledgeable and was able to provide options without pressure for feeling like it was an upsell. Dr. Smith was very thorough in the exam and made me feel like my health was his priority.

Always great! Going to the dentist isn’t something I look forward to, but Tiffany is a rockstar. She makes me comfortable, is quick, gives a great overview and the staff and office environment is so clean and beautiful! When I asked for a later appointment and they didn’t have it, the office staff called back the same day with an availability to accommodate me. I don’t live near by anymore but make the trip to their office because it’s worth it

I had a great experience getting my teeth cleaned. All the staff are friendly and make you feel so welcome. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Today was my first visit to Welcome Smile. What a wonderful experience. From the first hello at reception to the fantastic Jasmine, and the fabulous Dr. Kellan Smith!! This team are amazing at their jobs. So knowledgeable and caring. The practice is spotlessly clean to boot. Most definitely worth a visit!!!

Dr. Smith came highly recommended by a friend for Botox and I completely understand why! The team is incredibly lovely and professional and the clinic is bright and inviting. I was impressed by how much care was put into taking photographs and assessing my facial muscles before injecting. Dr. Smith also emphasized that they prefer to take a less is more strategy with Botox which is exactly what I was looking for. The clinic is located centrally and has plenty of parking which makes it easy to access.This was my first appointment and I look forward to my follow-up!
