Victoria Party Store

This review is only for the owner (male or female both). Me and my friend went there and they do not know how to talk to the person younger than them. The attitude over the customer totally surprised me. Also the price is not affordable at all.At last, Why Google does not have option to give 0 star review.

I called the store to ask them if they would fill a balloon with helium provided by me. The lady on the phone said that they would, so I visited the store.From my initial phone call, to the actual service--everything was great. The employees served me well and were courteous.The fact that they filled my supplied balloon at their store was key. The employee even matched the weight and ribbon to the colour of balloon I was having filled with helium.Thanks for a hassle-free experience!

They always make me a fantastic balloon bouquet when we are celebrating a birthday. The bouquet lasts for much much longer than promised, the picture below shows the bouquet almost 2 weeks out and it's still holding up well! Also lots of decorations and colour choices for your party decor needs. I never go anywhere else in town.

Family-owned and operated business. Always greeted with a smile and friendly service. Although some of the balloons like in my picture below can be expensive. The quality of the product is excellent! They have a large selection of decorations for every occasion and party theme. I definitely will be coming back for future events.

This is the worst customer service I've ever seen. The older female was very rude and seemed annoyed by my questions. I was actually stunned by this behavior. She looked at me if I was below her and I can't not afford any of her products since it's shockingly overprised. She was speaking in her language, that seems like she was talking about me to her partner. I also believed she looked down on me and my family since we were a darker race. After getting a bad vide, I honestly couldn't stay longer, as I was feeling looked down upon. I honestly feel sad.when i remember my experience there. Thier products are nice but like I said, it's very expensive and I would never recommend this place.

The owners are so friendly, generous, and honest. Very helpful with giving advice if you don't know what you need. Highly recommend for your next party/wedding/event!

Very nice couple running the store. We ordered balloons and got them very quick, they can do same day orders too!

The collections of the store were good. Price was competitive sometimes less than Party City. Staffs were helpful to find out your desired product in the store.

I had purchased a 9 balloon bouquet at this location for a surprise party tonight. Initially it was beautiful, the young lady packed it into a bag and told me to turn the heat off in the car until I got home. As I was driving home one popped, but I did not go back as i had to get back to work and didn't think one missing balloon was a big deal. I got it home and immediately unpacked it and left it in the house. Less than a few hours a family member called me at work to let me know that the bouquet of balloons are popping. As mentioned earlier it was for a birthday party tonight so I made a phone call to the store and explained to them what had happened and see if they could make a new one provided I had the pictures. The lady on the phone was very rude and unpleasant to speak with. Her response to my concern was that she had NEVER heard of this happening before. Really? So I'm just going to buy balloons and then pop them myself and call and complain? She didn't offer a solution and finally concluded that the only thing she can do is refund me for the popped balloons and that I had to bring the broken pieces of balloons back to her. It was obvious that it was not possible for me to go back and forth and the party was to start. So I decided I will never come back here again and the service was horrible !
